Wir kamen Spät nachts am Apartment an. Code und Zugang wurden uns bereits übermittelt. Uns wurde ein falsches Apartment genannt. Der kundensupport war nicht erreichbar. Deshalb mussten wir eine Nacht in einem Hotel übernachten. 3 Stunden vor dem Apartment gewartet. Das darf nicht passieren. Gym Zugang wurde uns nie erklärt, aber bei der Buchung damit geworben. Das Apartment ist im schlechten Zustand, Schimmel überall. Der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar da überall Vogel kacke verteilt liegt.

Pet friendly. Two-bedroom unit was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

So much. Off-shore customer service, exterior is not kept up, parking is not clearly marked, tub didn’t drain during shower, alarm in or outside of nearby unit beeped for over 24 hours, received a message after we left saying remove garbage or pay $200 fine, no info on how to access pool or fitness center provided, location is tucked up against two highways — nowhere to walk, all traffic for complex passes by so regular traffic noise.

The location was awesome , easily accessible to the freeways n highways !

I liked the comfort and the workout facility. The sauna was down, and we were advised that it will not re-open. That needs to be removed when offering this apartment since that is no longer available

No Sauna, ant infestation, dirty sheets and comforter, dryer had so much lint that it appeared not to have been cleaned in months which is a fire hazard, the washing machine is defective, made so much noise that we were afraid to use it, refrigerator froze up our food even though we lowered the temperature

Nice, modern, spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. and a TV in every room. Towels/Toiletries provided.

The main pool was closed; Location somewhat remote although easily accessible by car and close to the airport.

There was little bugs crawling on the counter and the floor and there was no vacuum.

We liked that many things were close by. That it was clean and well kept and very modern.

We didn't like that the info to how to enter was sent to text while we had been communicating in the Booking messages and thru email. Also, because the halls are opened spaced a lot of leaves and dirt accumulate on this space. Some maintenance needed to be done inside the apartment and I asked that I didn't want anywonce coming in while we stayed there and that didn't happen. The maintenance people came in anyway while we were out.

I like the whole apartment it just had this mildew type smell that was messing with my allergies but overall it was a beautiful place to stay nice quiet location I would definitely stay there again

I didn't like the mildew smell in the apartment I wanted to burn a scented candle but I was to scared it would of set off the smoke detector so I just kept using febreze it helped for a little while but then the smell was overpowering the febreze

There was enough space for our family in this two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. The parking was easy, it was quiet and we could go into Fort Lauderdale quickly.

In our two week stay, the oven was completely broken the entire time. Considering the length of stay, they could have moved us if it was something they couldn't fix. The blinds in both bedrooms are broken and there is a lot of light from the outside. The door to the second bedroom was locked upon our late arrival. It was unlocked the second day but the sofa bed was not a great place for three people to crowd.

1.dusting ceiling fans (were so full of dust when turned on dust flew everywhere in the bed room) 2. Could have used more wash cloths went and bought some 3. no vacuum to keep floors clean 4. only 1 extra garbage bag 5. Turned our lock off day before we were to leave so was locked out

The apartment itself is pretty clean and nice with everything that is pretty much required for a short stay. There were enough towels and other toiletries required our stay.

There was an issue with Wifi. The instructions that is posted on the wall states that each unit has it's own network and they all have a certain format to follow for the password. There was no network for the unit we stayed in. WHen contacted, was told to connect to the neighboring unit's wifi with the format that would suit that unit. However, I was unable to connect. Emails went back and forth for over 24 hours with no resolution. Each time a new agent would specify a format that did not work, finally I was able to connect to it without their help. However, for a day we did not have Wifi which means TV were also inoperable since these are smart TVs. In fact, it looks like the TVs were never setup (possibly brand new), just plugged into the wall out of the box. We were told that someone would come and check the connection but no one did. They even took our approval to enter the unit in our absence. Also, we did not find the fob to access other facilities at the property. This was brought to the agent's attention but nothing came of it. I had also requested a supervisor to call back for the Wifi issue and no one has bothered to contact me once the issue was resolved by me. We checked out just a few minutes before 11 am. As we were getting int our car, noticed someone knocking the door to check we were out of the unit!! But they could not come down to fix the wifi issue.

New apartment, exactly like in the photos, good bed. I like it.
