Lovely caravan, clean and tidy. Towels and bedding provided was fab. My 4yr old loved the toys in the living room. Massive TV and TVs in each bedroom. Lovely decking area and furniture. Kitchen well equipped. Host was lovely and really helpful every time I had a question. Beds were really comfy!

It was very homely clean n tidy, comfortable, it had everything we needed large fridge freezer was perfect too, 100% stay again

The location is excellent. The caravan itself is fantastic! Modern and immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean caravan. Took our own card and travel games but was lovely to see there was a selection provided. Along with a handbook and leaflets of places to visit. Will book again.
Not much.. if anything just a small thing was the pillows were very thin.

Excellent caravan great sized living and kitchen area perfect for families well stocked with cutlery and plates outside area is a sun trap all day, nice to sit out and enjoy a nice beer at the end of the day perfect location for the entertainment complex and leisure facilities would stay again

The caravan was light and airy
It was really bad that there wasnt wifi although this was advertised and particularly needed. I think there should be a small discount for this not being available. When I contacted the number I was told the wifi hadnt yet been installed.

Loved caravan, especially TV. Comfortable beds. Great heating. Clean throughout.
Need sticker on front saying 5 Windermere and mention the name in all emails rather than Swift Retreat.
Could do with hooks to hang towels on and lamps in bedrooms. No code left for Wifi.

Great space and very clean, liked the location as wasn't near to the main road. Enjoyed our stay.
It was off peak at the park so no facilities open which we were made aware of at the time of booking, this suited us fine as the park was probably a lot quieter than in summer months.
Couldn't connect to the park wifi, might be due to being out of season and the single bed was rather small for my 6ft2 son but he managed. This didn't put us off and happy to come again if available.
