Awesome rooms, huge TVs, black lights, wallpaper and nice tiled bathrooms, and the horizontal open showers. Favorite hotel in the bronx.

(1) No soap in the bathroom. (2) I thought that all of the rooms had fireplaces.

The first night next door guest were outside being extremely loud while we tried to sleep called front desk and they sent an employee to say that we were complaining about the noise it’s our right to have a quiet night and floors were dirty , there is no storage for clothes so not provide an iron or a microwave in the room have to use one stored outside, to wake up to a parking lot with cars illegally parked causing fire hazard, also people sleeping in their car, this place is not a hotel more like a motel just cause it renovated does not mean same element was changed owners need to do better awful weekend for us ..

The surrounding area of the hotel is dark at night and feels unsafe.

I like the decor, the space of the room and how the esthetic of the outside looks. At night you feel like you are in a resort and not in the Bronx. Location to family members were perfect. The shower was amazing. Very modern decor and a huge TV (but not many channels to choose from). No coffee maker, no where to find ice for the bucket. Mini- fridge was bigger than others. Bed was comfy but we could it use a fourth pillow.

Didn’t like not having enough charging station or power outlets. Not having a side table by the bed. The power outlet in the bathroom didn’t worked. No shelves inside the shower, not towel holder by the shower door. Only having a blackout curtain which you couldn’t open during the day as it was missing a see through curtain for some kind of privacy. Didn’t like that every time you leave the room, key stop working and need to get reactivate. The hallway light was removed and you have a dark area with a mirror that can’t be used. The desk area/phone was very dusty, walked barefoot and find out the floors hasn’t been clean in a while, the bathroom/walls/shower tiles had trace of previous guests. Notice at the front desk rates by the hour- hotel or motel? Our room had a sex chair(does not bother us(was fun)but made think that it should be Motel not Hotel. No sign to request room service(sounding Motel). Parking was limited and one night had to park on the sidewalk. I wish it didn’t had that many flaws as we did like the modern decor. Location is by a hand car wash and it looks a little sketchy but it was quite and safe as we walked to a grocery store and the train station. AND SMOKE ALARM IS COVERED-See picture.

the location was convenient

there were cigarette buds on top of my shower, and i didn’t notice until the second day. there were also someone’s used old eye lashes on the ground. there isn’t that much lighting… and i booked a two bedroom, and was told upon arrival that there are only one king size beds in each room. the room was giving booty call vibes, and i came to celebrate my sons 11th birthday with my sister.

I like the tv but instead of 72inch they could have put in a 42 inch and put microwave in the room.

That the microwave was in the hallway and the snacks was to high no wear to hang your clothing

Didn't get any breakfast the room was okay but it smelled as if someone was smoking in there

I’ve stayed here before without incident.

The front desk person didn’t know how to check people in or charge cards or assign rooms. Basic hotel 101 stuff. I was overcharged and given an occupied room multiple times. Finally I got a room but of course someone walked in on me later. The hotel didn’t understand how keys are related to security. It’s just not safe. Especially for women. There’s no chain or dead bolt. The door also opens to the parking lot. I tried to barricade myself in a little which amounted to a chair with all my things in front of the door. But I did not sleep well hearing other people come and go outside. The manager called me and apologized for the confusion. She promised a refund for the overcharge and that no one would come again. Everything was settled. But at 8pm a man from the hotel was banging on my door, demanding payment and threatening me. Even though I overpaid. This is why I wanted a full refund at check out. It was a hotel employee banging at my door. He threatened and swore at me. While I was in a room that wouldn’t lock. You don’t do this to women. You call the room first like a professional. They promised a full refund but I never got it.
