As the location is on the ground floor, the windows had to be curtained, visibility from the street, house without a high foundation, floor-to-ceiling windows, no daylight in the kitchen. Accessibility to windows from the street, children in the yard were banging on the windows and running away...it was unpleasant.

Nice and comfortable appartment with all you need for living.

Good location near metro, fresh apartment decoration.

I would suggest adding a table and chair to bedroom to have a possibility to sit with laptop. Only one “working” place is on kitchen.
