Everything about this rental was amazing, the location, cleanliness, space, except every bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable, no cushion felt like sleeping on a box.Also the zoned thermostat was unresponsive and would run at a higher temperature then set, making it difficult to fall and stay asleep without breaking into a sweat. There was a notice not to reset the thermostat which we DID NOT but it didn’t matter what temperature we set it to, it did its own thing. Even in the dead of winter 74-76 degrees seems a little too warm, which is often what it would run at.

The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There seemed to be new carpet that was recently put in. The management company was very attentive and communicated well. Now the “but”....this unit, and all the units in the complex, were being advertised as “ski-in, ski-out” - they are not. The Heavenly Gondola is a healthy walk (3-4 blocks) on city streets and having to cross the main road. Not something you would want to do wearing ski boots and carrying skis. If you really want ski-in, ski-out this is not for you. Don’t be fooled like we were.

We had a terrific stay, with plenty of space and terrific amenities for a group trip. Wonderful location with great proximity to slopes and shops!

Condo worked well for 3 adult couples. Easy walk to all we wanted to see and do.

Great location you can walk to Heavenly village where all the shops are. Nice and spacious kitchen with everything you need. However there is no view at all of the lake.

This is a very nice modern condo unit in a private gated community in South Lake Tahoe! It's a very quiet condo complex located in a busy area of SLT. The unit has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, tons of square footage, storage and lots of space! Nice modern kitchen with lots of pots & pans and cooking utensils - but be sure to bring your own spices and condiments etc. The beds and linens were luxurious and high end. Small outdoor balcony with a nice BBQ and table and chairs. Quick walk 10 minutes to the lake with the private beach. 2 blocks from Heavenly downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Gated community felt very safe and unit has a high tech keypad entry. I stayed here with my 3 teens, but it would also be good for several friends on vacation. A little noise can be heard from the people above in the upstairs unit, but there are posted quiet times and quiet hours, so that is nice. I would stay here again!

What a wonderful place this is to stay in. We have 3 generations staying here and it was perfect for all of us. I will be looking for some other reason to rent here again. A really nice, comfortable place enjoyed by all ages.

The property was very clean and larger than the pictures show. Check in/check out was very easy. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed immediately. Easy drive to either California base or Stagecoach base. We would stay in this property again.

We traveled with another couple, and we were all very happy with the location of the rental and the condition. Upon check-in, it was very clean and organized, located right next to Heavenly Village. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet location, yet close to a ton of shops & restaurants. The gondola is a short walk from the home. The bedrooms are well furnished, and the bathrooms are brand new and very clean. The property is very well maintained and taken care of. Check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and stress-free. The house had plenty of hand soap, dish soap, and paper products. The pictures are deceiving because the home is very large and has plenty of space for everyone. At Heavenly Village, we loved eating at Kalani's & Izabella. Gunbarrel Tavern was our favorite spot for apps & drinks after skiing! We'd love to stay at 501 Tahoe Woods again! It was the perfect vacation!

The location couldn't be beat. The only drawbacks were that the walls are very thin. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, their garbage disposal, etc. Everyone was very respectful and the noise levels were reduced at night. The thermostat was a bit confusing. The heat stayed on even when we set the temperature lower. It was 75+ degrees inside during our entire stay. To cool it off, we had to turn off the fan manually. I would recommend adding a few items including a laundry basket, a dish drying rack, and a coat rack, near the downstairs entry way or hooks in the laundry room for jackets. Finally, It would be great if there were a keypad on the door between the garage and the hallway, that way, the key is not required to lock the door.

It was a lovely, warm place to be, with easy access to Heavenly Village. After snowfall, the parking lot was promptly plowed in the morning. My only suggestion is to add a piece of furniture near the door so you can sit and remove boots or put stuff down. Also, the living room could use a cozy chair by the fireplace/TV. But we aren't complaining - our stay was wonderful!

My family of 8 stayed stayed over the Christmas Holiday. It was better than described. The kitchen, baths and bedrooms were stocked beyond expectations. We cooked two meals a day for several days without lacking any tools. Location could not be better. Walking distance to Heavenly, Starbucks and Nevada Casinos. Complex was quiet and the private garage was a huge plus. RNR Vacation Management was exptrememly helpful our entire stay. Would def recommend!!!

This is a beautiful condo and the location is great. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The host was quick to get back to us with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
