Nantahala National Forest n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, vous pourrez donc laisser votre voiture au parking dont dispose l'hébergement ou sauter dans votre véhicule pour le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Tuckasegee River.
De retour de votre escapade, regagnez votre petit nid pour les vacances afin de vous détendre grâce à une terrasse privée, à un brasero où déguster un savoureux cocktail ou encore à du mobilier d'extérieur. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision.

We thoroughly enjoyed this mountain retreat! It provided plenty of room to gather with our adult children and their spouses for a couple of days, and then provided a quiet retreat for the two of us for the rest of the week. The host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

This house is set in a beautiful location with all the amenities to relax. The house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place for anyone that’s coming to Cullowhee. The view was really amazing.

This house is so comfortable! Everything was so clean and well maintained. The bedroom arrangement was great for our adult children-and we all enjoyed the outdoor areas -both the decks & fire pit. Beau is very thoughtful and thorough-we even had mouthwash in the bathroom! Location was awesome too.
We will definitely bring our friends /family back

My family came for a wedding at Castle Ladyhawke. I brought my 86 year old mother who has dementia and the house was comfortable for her. Downstairs was perfect for my son and his family while upstairs was perfect for another son and grandson. When we arrived the house was warm and welcoming and for that I’m incredibly grateful. It was cold and rainy and momma was freezing. To walk into a warm home was extra special.

My wife, daughter and mother in law enjoyed this fabulous house located very close to WCU. My daughter will be attending school there starting fall semester. Although I was unable to make the trip with them, they were amazed by the beauty of their surroundings and the home itself. My wife told me there was nothing not thought of with the house furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the host Beau was very responsive anytime we had questions or information. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we would love to stay again when we visit Maggie at WCU.

We loved this cabin and all the thoughtful details Beau provided! Most rentals look good in online photos but this place exceeded our expectations. We enjoy cooking most of our meals and this was the best equipped kitchen I’ve encountered. The knives were sharp, pots and pans seemed new, a full spice drawer and condiments in the refrigerator (I brought my own but nice to have backup if you forgot something). My college age kids were all over the snacks and trying out unusual tea selections. The views are wonderful, the porch furniture is decorated with cute pillows and blankets, the interior is comfortable with nice artwork. The fire pit was nice. I will say if you want mountain top views, you have to be willing to take a deep breath to navigate the steep driveway. It’s totally doable but the more timid drivers in our family let others take the wheel. We were in town for graduation and I wish we had found this cabin earlier. Much better than any of the hotels in the area. Thank you Beau for being a great host and sharing your cabin!

Went with my family for Thanksgiving. Itd a Beautiful home with alot of attention to detail. Iv rented alot of places and this one had thought of everything you could ever need and had it available for you. Even included extra goodies plus coffee and teas. Beautiful spot hope to return soon and will be referring others.

Took our teenage daughers and friends to a football game. The house perfect in everyway.
Plenty of room for everyone, the wrap-around porch was great, house was clean, plenty of supplies, easy check in. And Beau was great throughout the process. Highly recommend

We celebrated our anniversary with a trip to the Smokey Mountains and to see the beautiful colors of Fall. This 'Cozy Mountain Cottage' was the perfect place for us to stay. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, adequate space, plenty of amenities, so much can be said about it but "perfect" describes it for us! Thank you host for all you have poured into this cottage and listing.

The view was amazing from the porch, and the house has a very welcome home feeling. They have a lot of outdoor furniture so you can relax while watching the mountain view. Definitely will want to come back for future vacations.

This served as the perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. The house was in wonderful shape - clean and had everything we could ask for. Communication with the owner was also very good as he always offered quick responses. Would recommend!!

Clean and beautiful mountain home with a great view of the mountains. The house is secluded and surrounded by plenty of trees. The driveway was challenging but so are many in the mountains. The house was well stocked with amenities and has a nice fire pit to roast marshmallows by.

Absolutely beautiful cabin with the luxury of a hotel. The view of the mountain at sunset after the storm painted a picture as if the mountain was on fire. Just fabulous. Lots of thought and care taken by owners with everything labeled, stocked kitchen, as well as extras like bath products and phone chargers. Will be back no question.

This is a gorgeous property that’s decorated beautifully with even more beautiful views. It’s through fully stocked with all items you’d need as a guest. You can tell from the minute you arrive that the owners take great pride and care in their home. I’d recommend this property anyone and stay again. The only downside was the drive up to the home. It’s difficult to get to and the road is quite rough.
