We LOVED this property! We were in town for a tournament at Rocker B ranch. The home is beautiful with everything we need for a weekend stay. Host is fantastic! We will be booking here again!

We came in for a weekend trip with two other families. This property was perfect and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space and were even able to entertain about 20 people for my son's birthday. We will definitely be booking here again!

We were looking for a place to relax and unwind at PK lake. This house was perfect!! Beautifully decorated and all the amenities. Lots of time spent sitting by the water, playing ping pong and exploring. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Truly a great place with so much space and plenty of beds! Highly recommend.

We really loved this rental! It was clean, beautiful, great location, friendly property mgr and just perfect! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends. We were 3 families staying together and playing at a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. It was a quick, easy 10min drive to the ranch and kids loved it too!

Perfect property for our family with lots of space for everyone! Very nice home with the bonus, guest house which was great for the little ones so us early riser's wouldn't wake them up! Outdoor space was good for them running around and just sit and enjoy the view! Very quiet neighborhood, minimal boat traffic and easy access to boat ramp & marina. Owner was very helpful in all questions answered before & during our stay! Highly recommend this property!

First, it was insanely bigger then we all thought. It had everything and anything we needed for cooking. We stayed for a baseball tournament and we like to cook. I was so in love with that stove I want One. It was clean it smelt so good when we walked in. I love That it had a big yard that lead to the lake with a beach area. The sunsets at night was something to see! The guest house came in handy and was so so nice. Thank you so much for all the hard work y'all put in this place. It was amazing!

This house is perfect for multiple families. Highly recommend based on location and amenities.

The property was in great shape with all amenities needed! We were able to rest & play in between baseball games & will be back for another stay.

We stayed here this weekend with 2 other baseball families for our Rocker B tournament. This is pretty much as close as you can get to the facilities and also enjoy the beautiful lake and views. Everyone absolutely loved the space— perfect and open for entertaining but also private for sleeping/bath. The kids could not get enough of the ping pong table and GIANT beach. The property owner/host Michael was amazingly responsive with all of my questions before arriving and even brought batteries within minutes for a dying TV remote control. He even recommended an amazing babysitter who we LOVED! The house was well stocked with all the things you need- dish soap, dishwasher pacs, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, olive oil… etc. Most places require you to bring your own and we forgot about bringing a lot of it. The upgrades, furniture, and all the little details were exceptional. We will 10000% be back!! Thank you for the memories!

It is a very good facility. Roomy with adequate baths. The women raved over the kitchen. My grandson brought his boat and took some sightseeing on Friday. When he came back to the dock, he put in his line and within five minutes had a catfish. One 5 yr old great grandson caught a small catfish also. Both were returned to the lake. On the negative side, some rooms were either too hot or too cold. (Hope that will not be a problem in July). We could have used more toilet paper and definitely could use Kleenex in each bathroom. Great place and stay overall.

Relaxing

Perfect house for our trip, it started with get communication from the owner during our booking process and continue through checkout. House was freshly remodeled and clean, with upscale finishes and comfy furniture and beds. If I could give it 6 stars I would!!

The house was immaculate upon arrival. We each selected our roomy and pretty bedrooms. We were ecstatic there were equal amount number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The two huge islands took our breaths away. Any renter would like the boat dock; we liked the multiple swings and it sure is nice for sunset and sunrise photos. If we could rate this house higher than 5, we would. So to all who are reading this, don’t let this rental slip away if it’s available for your dates.

Lots of room for entire group of 14. We really enjoyed out time at this property and we will be back.

Place was awesome

Was a great setup. They said max 18 to sleep. But could have had 30+ out for the day and would have had lots of space

Beautiful home in a convenient location with comfortable beds. Lovely view of the lake from the back porch that had plentiful seating. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the sun set each night. The portion of the lake they are on seemed very private and peaceful. We made use of the paddleboard, and there were supposed to be two kayaks, but we only found one inflatable one. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend renting this house.

We had a blast this weekend with our kids and grandkids. The property was wonderful and we really liked that there was a gate off of the back porch to keep the little ones save from the pool area. The pool 1/2 Sun and shade was a plus! There were a few details that were an issue some that Summer fixed right away ( bringing kitchen cleaning sponges & strainer) and others she did not (broken disposal, & master bathroom door). Overall, we hope to be back!

We had 17 people stay and it was one of the best times we have ever had at PK! The property is well maintained, great location, in and out on the lake with ease! We will be beach if they will have us!

The house was everything a large family or group would need to have a comfortable good time. The huge kitchen, shaded pool and large back porch with beverage cooler, beautiful double decker boat dock all made our stay very enjoyable.

Nice place to stay. With 6 kids the pool is a little small,but made it work.We all enjoyed our stay.

Nice big house. Great for a good lake getaway weekend. Pool and dock were very nice too. On the north side of the lake with less boat traffic was a nice plus as well.

So easy! Summer was very helpful with all of my questions,; even stopped by to help show us some things. Very accommodating! Large rooms; kitchen, beautiful home! Loved the hot tub, back porch.

This place has it all and the location is perfect. We stayed here for our baseball tournament at Rocker B with 3 other families. Love that each room has a bathroom. Perfect setup for our large group. The deck and lake were awesome! Summer was super helpful with all of the booking arrangements and info. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

This mini-vacation was awesome. Everything was up to par. Very clean. Going to have to rent this place alot more often.

The property absolutely suited our needs! Enough bedroom/bathrooms for our large family! Large open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to fix Christmas dinner! The house could use a “welcome book” containing all things house related. I hated to contact the caretaker to get instructions on dock lights and hot tub controls, but Summer was very nice and accommodating even on a busy Christmas weekend!

Great house, even more open than I thought. Great layout. Summer was great to work with. One thing that needs some attention is temp of water in showers, could be hotter. We do this every year and everybody said this was our best house yet.

Our family had the best time staying here. So clean, and it was so nice to have so much room for everyone to all hang out together.

Perfect for a large group.

The home is very spacious and was perfect for our couples get away. Everyone enjoyed the double island for cooking together. We felt privacy among ourselves with the bedrooms & baths. We played cards, and board games and had enough space. Spacious great room for watching the TV. Everyone was able to lounge around. We enjoyed the boat deck, as the view is awesome and calming! Grill area needs work! One of our bedrooms was without a TV. Some maintenance is needed on some interior walls and a bedroom window needs repair. (Understand in ownership transition) The outdoor pool and patio area are great for a large group. We would rent it again!

We booked the house for 2 nights to get together with family for my mother’s 70th birthday. The house itself is beautiful and the location is great. The cleanliness of the property could definitely be improved upon. While we were there the satellite tv did not work. I reached out to the property manager to see if they could have it corrected, call fish network. The property owner showed up unannounced 4 hours later at 9pm. I know it is his house but it made us uncomfortable and interfered with our private get together. He stay for over and hour trying to get it to work, and would have stayed longer except we asked him to leave so we could go to bed. It was very awkward. Tv was not available the entire stay and we missed the baseball playoffs we were looking forward to watching. The property manager said she was going to offer compensation to accommodate the inconvenience but never did. We still had a great time be we were together as a family at a beautiful lake, but If you value your privacy, and cleanliness you might want to check out other options
