No breakfast just a coffee pot. Location good for walking as in a residental neighborhood

The yard needed mowing and water, the bathroom barely had enough room for one person and that was only when door was shut as the toilet was right there. The floors had some kind of coating that when wiped came back black, The windows couldn't be opened and had room a/c fans so none in the kitchen which got stuffy and had a back door to the other units. Washer and dryer were in the basement with steep stairs to get to.

I spilled some water in the kitchen and the bathroom. Wiped it up with paper towels and the towels turned grey. Floor need a deep cleaning. Voice and sound not synced on the tv. Decent price but would not stay there again.

The place was very clean, very cozy, the location was perfect, close to campus, lots of food and shopping very close, nice walking paths, overall a great location, the ease of check in and check out was a breeze, the beds we excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like.

There was a variety of Oatmeal for breakfast and coffee service which was nice. The location was wonderful for our needs. Home was clean and well appointed. we were very late on arrival and the host was very accommodating and helped us alot with check in process.

door handle on front door needs tightening.
