I love that the property and space was exactly what I needed. It is close to the Emory campus and was only twelve minutes from my destination at the Candler School of Theology.

The traffic on the main road was a bit of a challenge when pulling in and out of the driveway. However, I was able to maneuver around it.

Had a few mishaps but the internet going out was important to my grandson

Good space, clean and it was close to the place I needed to be every day (White Hall at Emory University).

It wasn’t very easy to open the door when I arrived, I tried many times and then I had to call to the person in charge. Bed wasn’t comfortable, Bathroom smelled musty, there was no water courtesy, wifi didn’t work any time during my stay and they charge you a cleaning fee but you have to take out the garbage before leaving.

The place is 33 minutes walk from Emory CDC and not 5minutes. Couldn't access the place on time because the code given on booking Couldn't open the door. There was no cleaning for duration of my stay

Good location near many forms of public transportation.

1. UNEXPECTED FEES - the host said booking.com "forgot" to charge me the cleaning fee. Host refused to send me any check-in information unless I sent them money through PayPal or Zelle. Said this was booking.com's idea. I called booking.com - they said the host never set a cleaning fee, which is why I was not charged one. They never spoke with the host nor could they reach the host via phone or email. Host was very responsive until I refused to pay them this extra money, then they only responded sporadically and very delayed. I spent several hours outside the residence before I finally just paid the fee because it was getting dark and there were no affordable accommodations nearby so last minute. Very much felt like a scam. 2. POOR COMMUNICATION - during the above fiasco, I and booking.com were consistently unable to get a hold of the host. Phone number provided was a wrong number! Often needed to send multiple messages through booking.com before getting a response. Had logistical questions about the property and never heard back. 3. DIRTY - for all the emphasis put on the cleaning fee I expected it to be clean. I had to claw my way through cobwebs to get to an outlet. Sponge in the sink was very clearly used.
