Great location just a short walk across the street to the ski lift. Home hasn’t been updated and carpet is pretty worn, but home was spacious enough for 7 of us to enjoy. Loved having private hot tub!

We had six sharing the space and found it to be roomy, clean, relaxing for the most part. We had a couple maintenance issues, but your staff was very responsive. The one complaint I have is that the owner didn't want to share the code for opening and closing the garage which forced us to have to drag dirt in by having to use the front door and steps with shoes/boots on. Made no sense to me as we would have prefered to keep it clean!

Loved the location. Spacious and comfortable for 8. Heated garage and storage for drying gear was awesome! Easy in/out for skiing. Hot tub a great feature after a long day skiing! Kitchen was big enough to cook in for a large family all week-lots of dishes and cookware.

This rental has everything you need for a perfect ski vacation at keystone. Steps away from mountain home (lodge, equipment rentals, ski school, lift). Place is in good condition, clean, and comfortable. Gas fireplace was nice and toasty. Hot tub was fantastic, Smart TV had good connection, and the heated garage was great for storing snowy gear. Appreciated all the little touches like games, humidifiers, extra blankets, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, plenty of toilet paper and tissues. River run side has better restaurants and shops, but it's a short drive away, and we found ourselves making dinner most nights anyway. Would definitely recommend for families or large groups

This rental was perfect for the 8 of us, (4kids 2 & under, 4 adults) we loved the proximity to parks and town. The house was laid out nicely for quiet space as needed. Kitchen had more than plenty utensils, pans, etc. Would recommend time and time again. Looking forward to a future stay.

Highly recommended! House was very clean and pictures were very accurate. The house provided everything we needed to feel right at home. Easily accessible to many activities, we were able to walk to the near by shops and enjoy the outdoor hot tub as well. Great customer service and quickly responded to at questions we had. Guest book they provided was also very helpful with tips, FAQs, and recommendations. We will definitely be back

There were just too many inconveniences at this property to consider booking it again. Regarding cleanliness, there was a large puddle of dried coffee on the counter and two fairly small but prominent stains on the master bedroom wall that looked like dried blood. Visible enough to cleaning staff as you could see them walking into the room. My daughter’s bed had stained sheets and pillowcases. The carpets were clearly dirty and didn’t look to have been cleaned since installation.
Heating was very frustrating - it took about 24 hours to get the house up to what felt like 70, despite the thermostats having been set there before our arrival and being turned up to 80-85 to try and help. Multiple space heaters on each level indicated this was a common issue. The beautiful windows are drafty and it was a cold few days.
The coffee pot was broken, and there were missing batteries in the television remote. The fireplace died about 5 minutes after turning it on. The master bedroom sink didn’t drain.
The property manager when contacted brought a new in-the-box coffee maker and sent someone to look at the fireplace promptly.
A great location for skiing. Otherwise absolutely not worth the price. It clearly hasn’t been updated in a long time and upkeep is poor.

Great location, very clean. Had a few issues. Fireplace didn't work. Was fixed first evening. Then failed again next day. We didn’t bother calling in as we only had three nights. Discovered dishwasher was broken after a load didn’t wash. That got fixed late on day two after hand washing two loads. Needed space heater for lower level as radiant took a bit to catch up. After maintenance two days in a row is reason we gave up on fireplace. So on us a bit. Heated garage a bonus. Would be solid 4 stars maybe 5 if everything worked. While all was addressed for the most part you expect a little better. Had to know dishwasher was broke as soap was still in it and many dishes were put away dirty. After all that we’d still recommend due to location and cleanliness. Just some bad luck I guess.

Everything was just as described and expected. The unit was perfect for our group three adults and two children) and could easily accommodate more (we had booked thinking we would have an additional adult and child join). Location can’t be beat. Walk across the parking lot to mountain house East and the Peru chair or across the street for quick shuttle ride to river run. Property management is awesome. Digital guidebook was incredibly helpful (we referred to it much more than I expected to) and communication via text for any questions or issues made everything a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for better!

There was a lot of space in this condo. It was a quick walk to the lifts on the Mountain House side. The master bedroom was huge! There was lots of space for the kids. The private hot tub was a hit. My 4Runner fit perfectly with a box on top in the single car garage. I highly recommend this condo, we'll be back again!
