Location Layout of the apartment.

Soon after we arrived a neighbor from the unit below knocked on the door to complain about the noise being made from chairs sliding on the floor. From then on we had to be uncomfortably conscious of our movements around the apartment so that we did not make what would be "normal" noises in most apartments. The bed in the second bedroom was exceedingly uncomfortable. The door handle on the third bedroom fell apart and we had to make temporary repairs to open the door. One of the children had a fear of using the lift and the convoluted procedure that we had to employ to allow her to have access via the fire escape ( this was the only stair access) was annoying.

Location, set up of unit, size of unit.

Only a couple of minor things, for 4 adults sharing one bathroom, another towel rail, or a couple of hooks behind the door, might be good. The battery in the wall clock needs replacing as it didn't work. These didn't really affect our stay.

Location was amazing as was the size of the apartment.

The apartment needs a refurbishment to bring it up to the standards it's described as. Very old fashioned, out of date and why can't there be nice glasses / dishes etc when you stay somewhere like here.

The location and the view was amazing. The master bedroom was amazing.

It's wasn't very clean. The other 2 rooms only had plug in stand up air cons that were not very cold. And beds were very hard. No extra bin liners. Mop fell apart. Dryer didn't work.

the position and the pent house were exceptional

there was NO wi/fi and no Foxtel or similar. For the cost Iwe expected to have both as we are both 80 and enjoy these facilities.

The position and views were incredible

The unit was not clean enough as there was mould in the ensuite shower and dust behind the blinds in the main bedroom also dust under tables which we cleaned . Vacuum was full of dirt Also a horrible stink coming up from the floor waste and basins. As in most units we have stayed in they are cleaned and linen changed after 7 days but there is none of tht in this unit. I asked the agent if they inspected the unit after the cleaner had been in and cleaned to which they replied that they did not. If the unit had a thorough clean then my review would have been completely different
