Enjoy the location and short travel to Bundaberg. Unfortunately pool and spa was been renovated but was not told prior to booking or at reception.

False advertising and Lack of usability of hotel facilities with regards to the Pool, Spa, BBQ areas. No on sites parking due to renovations tacking up car spaces and unclean room(found pubic hair within Cuboard and under bed sheet had to rewash bedding before use. Also lost power on our 2nd day for 5hrs+ no air-conditioning, was not able to cook breakfast/ lunch or watch TV, very poor stay overall.

It was my Bday getaway.. they had a bottle of wine and a bday greeting waiting for us in the room.. it was so sweet of them :) staff always smiling and friendly.. answered all of our queries and we felt very welcomed. now with the LOCATION, it is the best!!!! walk to shops and parks where you can relax and pick any restaurant you would want to indulge your hunger.. the property is clean, had clean sheets and towels.. we booked a beach view room and by far is the best room I have ever stayed that had beach view.. yes.. this is BEACH FRONT and you get direct access to the beach.. waking up to the sound and view of the waves just took all work stress away :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely stay again when we visit bargara next time. Thank you for making my bday getaway romantic & memorable :)

Staff were wonderful, bed was comfy, room was clean. I had an awesome beach view. Rooms are very sound proofed. There was construction going on out the front and with the room door closed it didn't disturb me at all. Its in a really great spot. If you are a real beach lover like me you will love it. I did have a swim in the pool as well as I was there when there was a cyclone was off the coast so it was a tad too windy in the water at the beach. They have all sorts of gear that can be used at the beach too.

The vanity was all cracked, I went to check in the next morning as we arrived late and both times the office was closed with a sign back in 10 mins, not enough coffee sachets no doona cover just a sheet over the top and that mattress protector was putrid it was so stained and mostly in the middle so you can guess why that was. Made me sick looking at it but by then I had already slept in the bed. The pool and spa was out of order for Reno's while we were there to and friggin noisy inconsiderate neighbours having long loud chats right outside your door. Not happy
