The location is ideal to travel around Nice and the rest of the coast

The apartment was dirty, paint peeling off the walls, rotted wood skirting boards, no bed like it says in the description only a sofa bed we had to pull out and make ourselves and most disappointing 1 loo roll for the whole stay. Does not seem a big deal until you realise this in the evening and no shops open. The contact person said there was noting he could do! This property needs to be reviewed as the current rating is definitely misleading and completely untruthful. I raised the issue with Booking.com and they were very unhelpful and they do not care about us. The property was aware of our concerns but chose not to address any of the them and refused a refund or compensation!
