I am not sure the owners could do much about it but dogs were barking all night on one night of our stay and it would be nice not to see the shipping container and caravans on adjacent blocks but in saying that the owners have planted new shrubs and when they grow it will hopefully block these things out.

Great wood-fired heater; lots of wood provided. Well-equipped kitchen; bedrooms cosy. Welcoming host

place feels a bit 'unloved air bnb' vibe which I guess it is. And the position of the house - a bit plonked in the field, tho I guess the planting will help over time. A very average location for view and outlook. Also a bit disconcerting to see the For Sale sign as we arrived. Glass as the shower divider - felt dangerous to me. Too easy not to see it and bump into it, which i did.

The property was brand new with all of the facilities and appliances you could hope for.
