Wrost experience with booking . they are not ready to check-in for online bookings.

They didn't accepted online booking for the hotel. They declined. Had to book there for higher prices more than 2.5 times than present in the booking website. if they are not willing to provide the online bookings why should they present n allowing to book online

No good responsibility . Demanding more money Morning 5am I want with family, they told no rooms. Booked online and confirmed but aftergoing there no rooms. Very bad infort of family.

Bad response. Communication not good.

The booking price was around 600 rs but when you reach hotel they will deny check-in. They will ask 1500 rs or will ask you to call oyo and ask them to give complimentary price which obviously oyo will give you 200 rs and the rest 1300 you will have to pay. This hotel should be delisted as they have also slapped a customer who checked put along with his family right infront of me because they did not refund some security amount and also did not provide bed for third person as was promised to them. If you ask I got a confirmation on booking .com they say that it's been aent from OYO and not from the hortel staff... Why are they listing hotel for lower price and charging more than double after reaching there?
