The entire family came out to spend with my son, who wasn't able to make it back home. It was a great location and had everything we needed. It was easy communication and the place was clean. I'd recommend this to others.

This house has a great layout for a large family, and it is in a very convenient location for lots of activities. Unfortunately it was not at all ready to receive guests when we arrived. Carpets not vacuumed. Showers, toilets and dishes not cleaned properly. It looked like someone had just redone the beds and towels and took off. Pretty disappointing.

House was wonderful plenty of room for the whole family great views. kids wanted snow and we got a lot of snow during our stay couldn’t ask for a better place with everything we needed for our vacation.

A bonus foosball table was great fun for the young adults in the evenings. The kitchen had what we needed for all the cooking we do for our large group. We were able to walk to Mountain Dwellers Coffee easily (12 minutes) and even to Main Street (25 minutes). The transit center is also about a 10 minute walk for those coming in on the shuttle from the Denver Airport.

The home was very clean, the neighborhood friendly with great walking trails and a park nearby. THe kitchen was easy to cook in, and home was very comfortable! Thank you! It was wonderful!

We had a fabulous Fourth with the family in Frisco. The accommodations were great for our stay with plenty of space to sprawl and play with Breckenridge, Frisco, and Lake Dillon really close by.

Received immediate feedback when needed from the rental office. The only issue was it was not as clean as one would expect for the cost of the cleaning fee. It is a dog friendly house however, I didn't expect as much dog hair on furniture, in corners of the home, on carpet.

Home is just as described! We loved the outdoor area. Close to town (long walk) or short drive. Great central location for seeing lots of sights and other towns nearby. Great walking trails nearby!

We were in Frisco for a wedding, and this home was perfect for our group. We had room to spread out and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The foosball table upstairs was fun to have, the place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we were happy with the property and would rent again in the future!

My family consists of 10 adults and we plenty of room. House is laid out well. No issues at all! Everything was great from booking to checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect house for a multiple family getaway.

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the perfect great room/kitchen for everyone to unwind and eat after a long day on the mountain.

We filled up all beds in the house, and ours was super comfy. Even though we had a large party, we still felt like we all had our own spaces with plenty of privacy - the walls must be insulated super well! We loved the location between Keystone and Breckenridge, and especially downtown Frisco being super close. We would love to stay there again!

From our arrival, we were able to use the garage, which is a plus. Then we had two more spaces outside to park. The rooms were very roomy, and the loft also had plenty of room. All the rooms had plenty of blankets, and the restrooms were also very well-supplied. They had shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryers and plenty of toilet paper, and more. The kitchen was absolutely one of the best I've seen from a rental. They had everything we could need. They equip it with plenty of cookware, plates, and utensils. Plenty of spices too. We left some behind for the next guests too. Before you go food shopping, I recommend settling into the house so you won't buy too much. There is a Walmart and Safeway near by. The best part is that everything is so close. We went to Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone. All within 20 minutes with snowfall. I highly recommend this house to my family friends and everyone thinking about visiting Colorado. We were a family of 11 and it states that it could sleep 12. There was plenty of room around the house for everyone.
