The condo was very clean and very close to the beach and shops. My family enjoyed staying there very much. We would definitely stay again.

Not only was the property perfect and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Beach toys, wagon, chairs, cooler and more. The kids room had crayons and coloring books along with toys for all of the children. Everything was very well thought of and made for a perfect weekend!

Such a great property with so much to do! House was stocked with so many supplies. Bikes were a huge hit! Pool was awesome! Will definitely stay here again!

We needed a place with three bedrooms that would fit a family with two teens, and this was perfect. Great location within walking distance of parks and downtown/pier area of St. Simons. Condo was spacious in the living room and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was perfect for us!

Our family visited St. Simons Island the week of July 24, 2023. Here is the quick and dirty, and I do mean dirty: Throughout our stay, we noticed the unit was barely cleaned. Some examples included dirty walls, tons of dust on the floors and near the beds, pills on the floor (within reach of our children), clogged bathtub with a lot of soap scum and dirt, coffee maker that had not been cleaned in months, dirty towels left in the washing machine at check in, a dead cockroach in the utensil drawer, a very messy patio, etc. After bringing this to the attention of the host, she stated that we would have to leave the premises so a cleaning crew could come in. We explained that we were not going to have our vacation interrupted by a cleaning crew, not to mention that we had all our valuables and belongings in the unit. We explained to her that we had cleaned most of the above issues ourselves but wanted a credit towards the cleaning fee. She said no and referred us to the agreement. We also contacted her with pictures of the problems. At this point she ignored our emails and never called us back which was quite rude and unprofessional. After spending over $1,100 on this unit, she would not even entertain a simple credit or a call back. Also, you are only given two trash bags, one roll of paper towels and barely any toilet paper at check in. No frills, and not impressed to say the least. Never would stay here again!

Clean, convenient to the pier and lots to do right in the facility. Clubhouse was good, pools were great and the kids loved biking around the condo with all the other kids...

The property was just as described and truly had all we needed. Thank you!

M8 - was a special condo. It had everything that we needed for our family. There was also extra added toys etc. for our children. The bikes, grill, beach supplies came in handy. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and felt like home. The location was also great and not far from pier village. We will be back! Thanks for sharing.

We are thankful to have found such a gem with this rental. The house was stocked with everytjing you could think of feom bikes, beach chairs, a grill, kids toys, etc... There was no detail that they didn't think of to make our stay wonderful. The neighbor was adorable with swings hanging from trees around the pond, games, playgrounds, and pools. It was the perfect place for my family!

This is a well-decorated, clean, and deceptively roomy condo in a lovely area. There is a pretty back yard and the neighborhood is nice. All processes were easy and instructions clear without being overdone.

It was the cleanest most well prepared property we have stayed at a VRBO property. The host and owner made sure the property had everything we possibly could have wanted or needed during our stay on St Simons Island. We look forward to visiting again

My husband and I truly enjoyed our 4-day stay in St. Simons. The weather was gorgeous and we spent a great deal of time outdoors. It was a perfect weekend!!

Right next to a cool lake with ducks and turtles, tons of photo ops everywhere. Everyone had a great time. Short drive to the beach.

Perfect spot for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together.

The condo was just like the pictures online. Very clean and located less than a mile from the pier, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

I've stayed in many vacation rentals, and this is one of the cleanest and well stocked of all. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, and very nice beach chairs (4) to use. We loved that the bedrooms were all upstairs, so the early risers didn't disturb the late sleepers, and my husband enjoyed riding the beach bike that was there. Very quiet complex and super short drives to the beach and the pier village. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice well appointed property that met our needs. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 kids. Could have easily had a couple of more kids or teenagers and would have been fine with all of the sleeping options. Beds were comfortable and clean with plenty of extra pillows and linens. There was plenty of other little extras that really made our trip a success. I have stayed a many of the other units in Oceanwalk and this was honestly one of the most comfortable, especially with the 2 unit HVAC system that very few other units have. Unfortunately, the downstairs AC unit was on the fritz and made it a little stuffy especially while cooking in the kitchen. The good news is the property manager was on the ball and got it fixed as quickly as possible on a holiday weekend no less. Even though it wasn't perfect, I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was first time in St. Simon Island, Ga and I had a wonderful stay and experience. My friends and I truly enjoyed the property and the decor. The only drawback was the internet outage during my last day stay. Barring that, this property will be my go to place to stay when I return to St. Simon. 👍

Very nice, clean property in a friendly neighborhood. I have a couple of very minor suggestions that I would reach out to management about. Management was very attentive and the house provided a lot of amenities. The kids loved the pools and basketball court. The beach is about 23 minutes to walk and a 5 minute drive. We did not walk there. The beach is nice and peaceful during the week. The location of the property is close driving distance to a lot of things. I would definitely book again.

The unit was everything we hoped for. It was in a great location, clean, comfortable, great pool, and not overly crowded. I highly recommend it if your planning on going to St Simmons.
