The room was beautiful, the restaurant was excellent and I loved the location. The restaurant made a really good cocktail and I had one of the best pork chops of my life.

I was awakened both nights by footsteps in the room above me which was very loud, one time til 2:30 in the morning. The insulation was not good. Also, when I checked in the person checking me in insisted repeatedly that I had booked two rooms. Even after I showed her the printout of my booking which clearly stated that I only booked one room, she still insisted. She did say that she would "cancel the other room so that I would not be charged". I also did a search on my computer and there was no other booking than the one room I booked.

Excellent hotel. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The public spaces were extensive and welcoming. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stop here again.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and all of downtown Salem. Coffee bar and restaurant on site. We only used the coffee bar.

Had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Left at 11 and got back at 4 and the room hadn't been touched. Explained that stay overs get cleaned in the morning. Never have run into this before. Only had valet parking and when we arrived it was backed up due to a group checking in and no where to even pull your car over.

You have to use the valet parking that was expensive, slow and badly organized. Once they even lost my keys so that I had to arrange other transport.

A lot of street noise made it tough to fall asleep

Location was perfect for me. A lot of restaurant options.

The room was difficult to keep at 69-70 degrees. When I arrived it was 75 degrees, and another time it was turned off and was quite warm. I felt like I had to keep adjusting it to keep it cool. I know that the restaurant will be open In a month, but I arrived at 8 pm on a weeknight, and all the restaurants in town close at 9 (apparently). It would have been nice not to have to brave the rain in the dark as a female.

it was clean, the fitness center was nice, and the staff were really friendly.

only one elevator worked. the bathroom fan didn’t work. the fit and finish and quality for money of the rooms kind of sucked. cost twice as much as a mother hotel from the previous night and was about half as enjoyable.

This is a brand new beautiful hotel in downtown Salem. I was impressed by all the friendly staff. Also valet parking was only $20/night! Walking distance to great restaurants and local shops. Will stay here again!

No hot tub, pool or bar

The Staff was the greatest! So friendly and accomodating. This new hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable.

The only negative I could think of is that the lounge chair in my room wasn't very comfortable.

The location was great. It is close to everything in downtown Salem. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were great. Each bed had four different types of pillows so you could find one for you.

The hotel is new. They need to work out the kinks. The HVAC system had a mind of its own. It would blow hot and cold air randomly. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The hotel parking sign was false advertising as they only had valet which was very slow.

Dirty with construction dirt ,, dust every were , no shower curtain, asked for one , staff sent one up stating to just snap onto shower rod , which was no way too. , so in morning not realizing floor was flooded after shower , so slipped and fell getting out.
