I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with my recent stay at one of your listings. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel that the listing is not only misleading but also entirely irresponsible in the way it was presented. My check-in was only possible because a local friend helped us find the property — otherwise, we would never have been able to locate it, due to several significant discrepancies in the listing: 1) The phone number provided is invalid and does not work, making it impossible to contact the owner. 2) The listing references the "Marilyn Monroe restaurant" as a landmark, which is completely inaccurate. The nearest restaurant is actually "Sunset," and even the property address listed was wrong. The apartment was in an unacceptable condition: dirty, with personal belongings left behind, and there were cockroaches. I have photos to support these claims. The air conditioner was filthy, and as a result, my entire family fell ill. This is not just an inconvenience, but a serious health risk. The bedding provided was only for two people, despite the fact that we had clearly indicated that there would be three of us. This lack of preparation was incredibly frustrating. The refrigerator was completely full, leaving no space for our own food. This is a clear example of irresponsibility and a complete lack of respect for guests. The owner appears to have made no effort to ensure the property was properly prepared for rental, and it seems they were not expecting us to even find the apartment due to the poor instructions and unkept state. Despite these serious issues, the owner is still collecting payment, which is both unethical and unacceptable.

It was a very big house just for us. À very big TV for those who like Netflix and to chill.

It was not so clean and extremely hot because of the lacking of thermo isolation. But there is an AC in the bedroom.
