Clean. New. Good location for our needs.

The accomodation did not fully correspond to the pictures on the site: booking pictures show the villa in its entirety and plae emphasis on terrace overlooking the sea. In reality our rooms were on the ground floor at the back of the house ith a view...on the parking lot.

We easily found the house.goud someone who gave us the keys and the information needed for the stay. It was a very easy process

Location was great, though the beach condition nearest the house is poor.

Non-functioning/non-existent air conditioning meant we had to sleep with open windows and were covered in mosquito bites! Beds and bedding were below average in comfort.

Apartment perfectly equipped with all you might need for your even longer stay. Very practical and big. Heating very appreciated during cold winter days. Great communication with agency and very easy check-in and check-out.

Elegant villa and interior, perfect location at the sea, quiet place. In my opinion one of the best villas and places in San Vincenzo. I can only recommend it :-)
