Sehr großes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und angemessenem Preis. Wir haben als Gruppe von vier Personen eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier übernachtet und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, es gab ein Schlafzimmer und 2 Schlafsofas. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad angenehm groß.
Ich könnte mir das Apartment auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorstellen.
Der Parkplatz war schwer zu finden. Man muss in die Straße Maakuntakatu einbiegen direkt rechts die Auffahrt aufs Parkdeck nehmen. Dort befindet sich auch der Zugang zum Apartment. Parkkarte ist in einer Mappe im Apartment.

We stayed at the apartment for 1 week, 5 people. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was basic but good. The apartment is right next to the shopping centre, there are restaurants, taxi, buses and the grocery shop Sale, was open 24 hrs which was very convenient. I loved the fact that we were provided with a code to enter which meant that we didn't have to worry about losing the key and everybody could enter anytime they wanted without the need for a key. The sauna in the apartment was a big bonus, the host was prompt in their replies to our questions; there was a laundry room upstairs with washing, drying and ironing facilities which was free of charge and very good for us all (there was even laundry detergent). We will definitely go again and recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to visit Lapland.
I wished there was a bath mat for the toilet and one for the shower room so we didn't have to use the towels; I wished there was a way to make the radiators in the living room hotter during night as we felt chilly sometimes

Es difícil de encontrar. Para llegar hay que acceder por los ascensores de unos grandes almacenes o la rampa del parking. Lo averiguamos después de 40min, porque nadie sabia

Beds were too small. Laundry facilities very ordinary and not in the actual apartment. Dryer did not dry.

Spacious apartment, we were a group of three and were very comfortable. On Xmas day, the apartment manager/host organised a surprise for guests which was a nice gesture.

The entrance to the apartment was through a shop which was fine but when the shop closed at 8pm you had to use the car ramp to the car park to access the front door of the apartment

Apartments were very clean, warm and well equipped. Location was perfect right in the city centre. We accidentally left cash in one of the bedrooms and the owners returned it to us promptly and couldn't have been more helpful.

Location was Great - above an excellent restaurant called Hooks - right in the middle of the town - two floors up and no noise - heating good - beds good - tv on site with free wifi slept five comfortably - location was really excellent and i would definetly stay again
The Dishwasher while it turned on didnt load water and meant we couldnt clean dishes
the host was responsive at the beginning but slow and when we asked for a later check out time we had no response twice but he responded to something else we mentioned so maybe that needs some work customer service wise

location was excellent with grocery store underneath, department store and restaurants and cafes within 5 mins. Most pick ups for tours within 5 mins of apartment at Santa Claus Hotel. Heating in living area great, not a fancy shower but it was hot to warm your bones at the end of the day
Hosts didn't respond promptly but it was Christmas Day and Boxing Day ... I guess I forgive them.
