There's no too much people that speaks other than English thats the only thing i would change

The pool, the food and entertainment were great.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Pool and outdoor space is great - love the fire pits at night! Well appointed gift shop.

The room was very clean but we didn’t like that you can’t gamble and drink. Also they limit you to 2 drinks per hour which is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. We won’t come back due to that and Sandia did lose money as we didn’t even want to gamble after being told after 1 beer and a shot that we couldn’t have more. Completely ruined the mood and experience

Our recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially compared to our previous visit earlier this year. The pervasive foul smells throughout the hotel made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the customer service was severely lacking, further detracting from our stay. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations.

Great Anniversary stay for our 45th Good food and refreshments. Great service. Room was spacious great view of Sandia mountains. Excellent mattress and we had breakfast in room. Excellent was fresh warm and tasty. Spent next day at pool which is so refreshing and clean. Had drinks and food by pool. Food was great as were the margaritas.

Great resort to spend the weekend really clean and staff ready to help with any questions good entertainment in the casino its a 10/10

The mountain view was nice. The staff was great. I didn't like that restaurants inside the Hotel Casino closed early.

Very nice

Worst experience I have ever had checking in to a hotel. Come back in an hour, so we did. Then come back in 2 hours and we did. We came back to check in 4 times and always got the run around about the room not being available. We came to ABQ for a family vacation and we have a young child. Not impressed and I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

We loved just about everything about this property. Loved the rooms and the showers! Was clean and everyone was friendly. Our only complaint is not being able to take outside liquor to the room. We aren’t the bar drinkers, we like to watch tv and sit around comfortably and do it at night before bed. They would only allow you to purchase one bottle of wine at the sports bar which didn’t really help us. For that it didn’t give us an excellent experience. We purchased from the minimum selection at the gift shop but for me I drink a certain beer or some vodkas or crown, which none are available. The bar was fine but I don’t want to sit at the bar and drink it’s just not me. I don’t know the reasoning for this rule but if you have this rule you need a full liquor shop. Definately made it aggravating.

I have been coming for 25 years to Sandia Resort & this was my worse stay. Fire pit worked for a little bit then quit. Went to next fire pit, it quit. Went to the sports bar & asked for a drink, waitress said they were closed. I informed her that we still had time to ask for a drink. We got served. Outside patio was closed even though it was not closing time. Went to the dining room Venture. They wanted to seat us in the bar & I asked for dining. They finally gave it to me. Waiter wasn’t too happy as he was anxious to get off his shift. Sat at the poolside bar, fans weren’t working. An man next to me said it was because the fans are circling backwards. He said in the summer they should go forward. In the winter, they go backwards I asked how he knew. He said he was an electrician. At the pool side, there was no waiters. The staff said we had to go up to the bar to request food & drink. Being a 5 Star, we received a 2 star service! Very disappointed!

Pool area got closed early . You can't talk outside by pool after 10 pm. No wait service at pool you have to get it not worth the money

The Sandia Amphitheater is a true gem! The poker room stuff was also great!

Fantastic stay

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Resort features are wonderful. It would be great if there were more loungers at the pool but overall, great! We'll definitely be back.
