Property and location were great. We did have a few glitches that I'd like to mention. The third floor was extremely hot. I think this was mainly due to the shape of room and where the A/C vents were. However the rental company responded quickly from my request to bring portable A/C which resolved the heat problem. I would think for the future they should put a window unit in that room if the renter will be using the room for their stay. The other issue we had was with the pool house not cooling. being that my family had been in the A/C business, we quickly realized that the A/C maintenance company had not cleaned the outside unit properly which caused the inside to not cool off the pool house. However once again the rental company responded quickly by placing 2 window units in the pool house.Overall we enjoyed our stay at Gratefully B, the house was the perfect setup for our family, the beach was a very short walk and the neighborhood was quaint.It was our first time staying in Grayton beach and we would definitely return. We would also rent Gratefully B house again.

The house was perfect and exactly as advertised. The location in Grayson was so good - close the the beaches, which aren't packed, and an easy walk to the restaurants. The customer service from Ocean Reef was amazing.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect! The house had plenty of room for a big group. Will stay there again!
