The house itself was great, but what really shined for us was the host, her communication, and also just how well appointed the house was. So color coordinated, a new scrubber for dishes, extra TP, skewers for the grill, bikes for the whole family, paintings of the WiFi password, travel cups, the list goes on and on. We have stayed in easily 40-50 cabins in the mountains and beach houses, but I don’t think I’ve had so many nice little surprises.

The house was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the family friendly pool and patio. Beth was a kind and responsive host.

This home is everything as advertised and did not disappoint. We felt very welcomed. The interior home is beautiful and with thoughtful, environmentally green touches throughout. The house is well furnished, immaculate and very comfortable. In the spacious kitchen we had everything we needed to prepare meals. All appliances are new and worked well. The backyard is an oasis, large, completely private and with a large heated pool with deep and shallow ends. We swam regularly. There is a lot of beautiful vegetation which often leaves organic debris in the pool bottom but doesn’t affect swimming. The pool is maintained weekly. There is plenty of lawn furniture as well as a canopy for shade over the large table and chairs patio. We did not use the barbecue. The backyard was well enjoyed. We even saw a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center while sitting by the pool. Evening walks in Gleason Park were enjoyed. Go to the left and across the street for a steps away entrance. All paths are paved. This is a well-visited and maintained park. We loved it. Beth, our host, was quick to reply to messages through VRBO and looked after our inquiries which were few. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We found shopping, maintained beach parks and great restaurants close by. Publix, Bealls, Panera, Squid Lips, Frigate our faves. Canova beach very close, many others. We watched a few movies on an evening occasion. Lots to choose from on the tv apps. Two couples. Great stay!

Walking distance from the beach, across the street from the park. The pool was heated and wonderful. Beth, the host, was attentive, and full of local knowledge. There was room for seven people and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was full of every kind of cooking utensil you could think of. There were bikes in the garage that we used often to travel all over. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I’m in Satellite Beach!

We had a great stay at this property! It is a 70's retro theme from the furniture to the magazines on the coffee table but not over the top. It is very clean and has a spacious layout. The property is close enough to the beach to have a walk/run to. There is access to a very nice park just around the corner to the west. The house is equipped with pretty much everything we needed during our stay. Stores and restaurants are close by. The house is close enough to see space rocket launches. The pool, outdoor grill and furniture were all great. If we get another chance, we would definitely stay there again!

House was perfect and had everything we needed. Loved the bikes and the proximity to the park. The whole area is wonderful and would highly recommend.

A clean, well equipped nicely laid out house. The location was fantastic and the pool was a great feature that we used a lot. My kids also loved the park that we could walk to. We would definitely book this house again!
