The place was warm especially as it was cold outside.it was very tired looking & not very clean.
I had no hot water on the 1st morning when I went to shower at 8.30am.
The crockery was very limited & the cutlery dirty.
The fridge was dirty & seemed to be defrosting on my food..
It was advertised as having a washing machine but didn't.
Parking was very difficult as others blocked the access & street parking was very hit & miss.

This gem of an apartment is in the heart of the village of Milford On Sea. It’s 1 minute away from all the fabulous shops, boutiques and restaurants, (we ate at nearby Indian restaurant, Monsoori heights, one of the best Indian restaurants you’ll find anywhere), It’s also a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The apartment has a small outdoor garden, tv, free WiFi, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, all untensils etc. bathroom with bath and shower. Double bed, towels provided, bed already ‘made up’, one rocking chair snd and a wicker chair either side of the tv, very cosy.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great located apartment that has everything you need to stay in milford on sea. Max 10 min slow walk to the beach. Next door to local shops and fish and chips. We found everything we needed. It was clean, well equipped and comfy little caravan style place. The owner is a friendly person who was happy to support us if we needed anything but honestly everything was there, fresh bedding and towels, well equipped kitchen, wifi, free parking, comfy bed and nice shower. You can use a washing machine and a line in the little garden. Definitely will be coming back. My husband a our dog enjoyed the stay.

The location is excellent. The flat is basic but clean and has everything you need. Parking was easy and the neighbourhood is lovely. It is very reasonably priced. We had a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay here again.
An extra comfortable chair in the lounge would be nice, but it wasn't a problem.

When people write their review for this place I think they're forgetting how cheap it is. I'm not coming here expecting a 5* hotel for less than £60 a night.
It's a perfect location, right in town and 1min walk to a beautiful coastline. A great base for exploring the south coast and so many lovely towns nearby.
Great shower, good equipment to cook your own food, plenty of space. Washing machine, big freezer, secure outdoor area ideal for the dog. Bring a few extra towels for yourself.
I would definitely return as I loved the location of this place for the price.
Could do with a comfier living room set up: one more comfy chair would be nice.

The location is absolutely amazing together with ease of check in. Accommodation is a good size with lots of kitchen facilities and hot water. Parking spot outside the door and comfortable bed. Fridge a bonus.
The musty smell throughout the accommodation, uneven carpet, half used coffee jar, glass in the parking area. It only needs new carpets, a paint, care and would be sublime.

Nothing I left within 5mins of being there. The best bit was they refunded me after booking.com asked them to. But the location was good (just a shame I had to book somewhere else which was the only property left half an hour away so I couldn't even stay in the location I needed to be in!)
Everything! The gate was broken and had to shove it open to even access it.The smell when i walked in was like something had died, it felt dirty, run down, had such old furniture, the floor was creaky,I didn't like that they had put a sign up saying please don't leave negative reviews! No sofa to watch TV just some old chairs and an old arm chair. It was so bad I couldn't stay there. Its important people know this honestly before they stay, don't waste your money or your time.

As the owner has written on a scrap piece of paper the property is very basic! If you are happy to take with you a mirror for the bedroom to do your makeup and a clothes rail & hangers to hang your clothes on your be fine!

The location is amazing. A short walk to the beach, with places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. The bed is very comfortable. For the price paid, you won't find anything like it.
The apartment was clean, although very dated. I stayed for a night and for me, it was all about the location. Things mentioned in other reviews are certainly true but I still enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again. Thanks very much.

It was easy to access and near our desired location.
There was a bit of a smell about it. Not nasty, but noticeable.

We booked last minute due to change in family xmas plans so needed somewhere local

The flat has great potential to be a fantastic holiday let as it has a lot going for it but it is quite tired in its presentation.
It could do with a freshen up and a bit of attention to detail / a bit of TLC
Half eaten sandwiches left in the fridge
Needed more towels
No where to store clothes
Kitchen utensils all quite battered
Not huge issues for us as we were literally there less than 12 hours and just needed somewhere to crash for the night but had we been staying for a weekend away, it would have been a problem

Good value for the money, there is a great location with shops and restaurants near. I would like to come back in the summer.
