Handdouche werkte niet op 1 kamer. Maar dat is dan ook alles.

First entrance door in ground level is not locked so had a couple of times that junkies were in the entrance foyer - a little scary.

Prima Lage, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. ÖPNV ist zudem kostenlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.

When we arrived apartments, the elevator was out of order and stairs were under construction. There were a lot of fine dust on the hallways and it was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable to go up to 5th and 6th floors without elevator with small kids and old parents. There was no any notice for this situation in advance and we had terrible one night with very high costs(We booked 3 apartments) I will never come back this place and of course strongly not recommendable.

Excellent apartment. Stylish, luxurious, high quality. Has everything for a family stay. Perfect location to access all city attractions. Definitely recommend.

Perfect central location, close to public transports and pedestrian streets, the flat itself was modern and well furbished. Host was very helpful and prompt to reply.
The apartment itself was well furbished and new but unlike most buildings in the surroundings, the building was still underwork. We didn't have noise since we went during the weekend but plaster dust was unavoidable when coming from the hall.
The small balcony within the inner courtyard was also dirty with pigeon droppings and also a dead bird (maybe on the common areas) but I guess (hope) there will be a global cleaning once the building has been renovated.

Perfect location in downtown everything on by walk i think is the best one. apartment is nice very clean and beautiful well decorated like everything is new and host is also very kind person Mr,Conrad

Great location, great apartment, great host very responsive
The building entrance is in such a bad state, smelly, sketchy with a homeless man sleeping right in front of the entrance door. I had to wake him up to get inside.
Very noisy renovation works downstairs starting at 8 am. That was so unexpected and ruined our mornings.

The immediate area outside (it's in the city center) isn't all that clean, with lots of drunk folks sleeping in the lift area.

Large apartment, well equipped kitchen, each room has its own bathroom, plenty of storage space. Modernly furnished, clean. Excellent location, right in the centre.
The living room windows were just above the busy bar. Each bed had only one duvet and despite the hostel's best efforts, they could not provide a second one. There was practically no cutlery.

I loved the apartment style: very modern and clean. the aesthetic was nice with the paintings and tables. all the furniture looked good and the kitchen and bathroom was ready to be used.
The entrance to the apartments plus the elevator is a little sketchy but the apartment itself makes up for all of it.

Apartement clean and wonderful. Perfectly situated. Entrance, elevator and hallway discusting and smelly. Homeless people sleeping in entrance.

Location is really nice being right in the center, staff is friendly and helpful, the room was really clean and thoughtfully furnished
Entry to the building is somewhat not nice, due to the bar next door, it was not really clean when we entered on a saturday morning, the lift also gave the impression of a building under construction.

Everything! 10/10 all around.
- the beds were so comfortable, mattresses perfect.
- bathrooms were so nice, modern, clean & spacious. the shower didn’t get the whole room wet and felt so luxurious.
- Kitchen was so big and beautiful. it is even had a dishwasher.
- living room was spacious, beautifully decorated & comfortable.
- The property management team was amazing! I called them for help a couple times. they were great & spoke perfect English.
check-in instructions were a little confusing. I didn’t realize that the pin to the building was on my account on the property management companies website. not on booking or in my email.
