We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, meeting all our needs and accommodating our requests with flexibility.

We had 17 people staying there from ages 3 to 65. there were plenty of beds for everyone and the games went over great with the kids. The owner said the house was remodeled a couple years ago and it was great, although it could use a deep cleaning. As for the outside, the deck needs to be rebuilt. Rebuilding a deck is a costly endeavor, and the owner said he would get it done as soon as he could save up the funds. We enjoyed this house immensely, if it weren’t for the cleaning issues and the deck in disrepair, I would give it five stars. Max was great to work with.

The main floor kitchen, dining and living areas are great and beautifully updated! The backyard is small and tightly closed in by neighboring houses. We enjoyed the deck. The upstairs bedrooms and baths were nice and comfortable. Doors and some bedroom walls need painting, and screens were missing from some windows. The exterior of the house needs attention - it doesn't reflect the interior at all. The host was very responsive.

A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful. Overall, the house was incredible and I will definitely stay again if I have a group to go with.

The property was beautiful, clean, and there was a great use of space. We had 16 people, 12 of which were teenagers, and were able to all have a bed for a full week. The only noteworthy downside was that I had no idea the owners lived in the basement until received my check-in instructions. Maybe it was on the listing and I didn't see it, but travelling with such a large group of minors whose parents were understandably hyper-cautious, it seemed like a curveball that I wish I'd known sooner. Nonetheless, it didn't pose a problem for us. It was a home that created memories and our whole team absolutely loved our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

The house had multiple bedrooms and bunk beds for younger children. Game room was great as were the TV’s in the house. Chargers for phones and other devices in every room. The house held 12 people comfortably and the kitchen and seating were great. Perfect house for a large group.

This house is as advertised as far as the interior. The exterior is a little rough around the edges but in a decent neighborhood. Be aware the back deck is currently unsafe plus there is street parking only.

Thanks Max for a great week! Property was really great. Had 3 families staying 12 total family members and was perfect for hosting a small rehearsal dinner. Great location if your a golfer, shopper or any event in Boulder or Denver. Keeps you out of traffic and offers a great back door into the area!

We filled up every bed in this beautiful home, and still didn't feel cramped! There are so many living spaces and a large kitchen/dining/living room that our whole group had enough space to relax. We had four generations staying and the house was perfect. It was very beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The house was easy to get to and the check in and check out process were as simple as it gets. We had a few questions during the stay and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The host lives in the basement level and we never saw or heard them at all. We definitely recommend this home and if we're ever in the area again with a large group we'll definitely book again! Thanks for a great stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay with a large family this is the one.
The room layouts were great for adults, kids, and teens.
There are a couple of rooms off the main living space with games, TVs, and extra bunk beds if you bring a really big group. There are also bunk beds upstairs for the little kids so they aren't disturbed by adults going to bed later.
It is well-equipped, well-thought-out, and very nice.
Max was a great host and even helped us get some property sent home that we left behind.
It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

This place was more than exquisite! Every room was clean, renovated, and beautiful. Our women’s group loved every room, every fixture, and every appliance. We had more than enough space to relax and enjoy our time. We needed additional parking and Max was amenable and very responsive. He gave us a 5-Star experience. The neighborhood was nice and to be honest, it was a hidden gem! We were blown away when we opened the door to the home. It took time to check out because no one wanted to go! A wonderful experience!
