The location is amazing. The pools are a wonderful experience and very invigorating. The glamping package overall was an awesome experience.

For the price I paid, there were no meal facilities, we had problems with our bathing barrel, and some of the things offered were not honored ... Mosquitos were a problem maybe some mozzie zappers

Arrival staff were friendly and helpful, the private spa barrels were wonderful, the room was beautifully furnished with no expense spared on floor finishes, linen, furniture, Japanese crockery. Ambiance from lighting and the planting outside was beautiful. Arrival chocolates and prosecco cans was a nice touch, and the breakfast hamper was lovely. Bed was super comfy, and the heat lamps in the shower, and heated towel rails were great!

Before arriving, the first two roundabouts had separate signage to glamping check-in, but at the final sign and the entry those signs disappeared, causing some confusion! It would be lovely if the glamping guests had an extra hour morning and evening where the public spas were open only to guests, before the public arrive. The stools outside were a little high for the outside bench. There was an ice bucket, which reception provided ice for, but a little note about where to find ice would be helpful. A very small floor spotlight in the bathroom, to save having to turn on the full bathroom light (and fan), would cause less disturbance at night. An on-site restaurant would definitely be something we would use if it was built. All the spa treatment offerings were booked out before our arrival.

The place is beautiful. The hot springs are well maintained. It was a really great experience. The shower was warm and had good pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We also loved the sauna and cold plunge.

We ordered the vegan breakfast and it wasn't very impressive. There were a couple of slices of bread and fruit. I wish the jam was better, and the honey (which isn't vegan) was replaced with peanut or almond butter. I think the menu needs a bit more consideration for vegetarian/vegan options.

We loved everything about this place! We had such an amazing time. It did not disappoint!

There isn’t anything I can recall that we didn’t like. Everything was just exceptional.

Glamping Tent. Expect a tent with ensuite. No Tv which for me was fine. Super comfy Bed, lovely outlook upon creek , private hot tub was divine. Unfortunately no warming milk frother provided for the coffee pod machine. Book a massage with Angie- amazing!

Beeping alarm sounds from split system throughout the night. Told front desk in the morning and she couldn’t have been less concerned- only said- even when it’s turned off??? Of course I don’t know - it’s 1 degree overnight in that tent ! 🥶Freezing without the heater. Organising dinner was a challenge as only one place I found open in metung. Midweek in the country! Ps :pack Wine.

There was not a restaurant on property and we had to leave for dinner and meals.
