Beds were comfortable, three bathrooms were great to have and it had everything we needed to stay there for 5 days.

We enjoyed this property. It was very close to Baylor campus activities. Clean and perfect for 4 friends and everyone having their own bedroom.
We did leave a note with some suggestions on leaving instructions for tv, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, a few supplies etc our questions were answered quickly via text
Overall we liked the property and would stay again

We had 9 family members from grandmothers, daughters and granddaughters. We all enjoyed the property and Waco immensely.

When we first got there we were a little put off by the neighborhood and the house next door has dogs that wouldn’t stop barking even into the early hours of the morning. The house is cute but some of the furniture was sketchy. Most of the dining room table chairs were broken and we ended up having to bring in chairs from other rooms to eat dinner. There’s a total of four rooms to divide between family members but the room with bunk beds is behind a sliding barn door (not necessarily a bad thing it just doesn’t contain children well).

I rented this house with 3 friends for a weekend trip to the Magnolia Solis. Everything in the house looked brand new and it’s beautifully decorated. Each of us had our own bedroom and the beds were comfy. It was a short drive to the Silos and restaurants. There was plenty of parking. The living room was spacious and made for a relaxing space to hang out. It was great for a fun girls weekend. I would rent this house again.

Property was convenient to all the points of interest. They had everything we needed for making breakfast to hanging out with our 3 familes to come together. The only thing we would change is for the water to be a little hotter for showers.
