Location was very convenient to our purpose for this trip. Accomodations were clean and comfortable.
I would really like to see some changes made to the bathroom. Our room had only a shower but there were no towel racks near the door. This meant that water got all over the floor when we got out of the shower.

The toilet paper was used. Over charged for accidentals. Hallway to room smelled like piss. Dog being on property. Wouldn’t take my debit card.

Bed was comfortable, nice pillows, good space for those in need of assessable features
Required to allow them to make copy of my driving license and they had to refer to their cheat sheet to see if they could accept my card and there was a picture of my company's logo etc as accepted. (Booking never has a problem.) Their machine computer was not working correctly and my card wouldn't work. I even called my card company to see if there was an issue with my card (I had no balance and had thousands available. Nothing wrong with my card. All the time the desk clerk was yammering about use a different card..so I let him speak with my credit card personnel while on speaker!) Finally gave up and used a different card and it worked. I didn't like the amount of "hold", in addition to what I paid. The clerk couldn't tell me when they would remove the hold..as in 24-48 hours or ? He acted like it could be a L-O-N-G time! I don't appreciate having problems with their credit card issue (afterward I used it successfully at other hotel...no problem and for gas no problem.) Booking needs to make customers aware of these requirements of I.D. copying and possible credit card malfunction and to tell hotel that their check-in policies are unacceptable and they need to take holds off within 24-48 hours and give a copy of that policy to the customer!

Being charged a $50 incidentals charge that is supposed to be refunded at check out. Had to email to get refund.

The person at the front desk was helpful at check-in. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean.
We called the front desk at about 1230 to 1 AM because of the noise from other rooms, which continued intermittently throughout the night with people yelling and talking loudly. Probably got about four hours of sleep. There was only one roll of toilet paper that was almost gone. There was not much food for breakfast and it was only 7:30 AM. Also, be sure to request a room on the north side of the building… The southside is right next to a busy highway and you can hear every car that goes by all night long.

It was nice to be in a room that wasn't cramped, the decor didn't try to fill every space with something. I had room to move around without dodging furniture that I wasn't going to use. The shower was relaxing, plenty of pressure.
Not really the motel staff's fault, but a dog was left alone in a room on the same floor I was on. The dog fussed and made a racket for well over four hours.

Good location close to other businesses for shopping and dining, yet quiet without traffic noise. The first gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was very good. Large selection to choose from. Reasonable hours of Operation. Very Pleased with the seating and atmosphere. Staff kept clean and fully stocked.
The communication with housekeeping staff and guests could be a little better. Was not clear on when they would be coming on the days service was requested.

Very clean, very nice location. The Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was disappointing. We came down at 830 and the food was pretty much gone and never was refilled. The juice was gone and not replenished either. It was also like that on our second morning at 930.

Service checking in was excellent...
Front desk person (black lady) was racist. As a white male with a service dog. She ruined my morning. After my 6AM walk with my dog, I went to the restaurant area to get a coffee. She says my dog isn't welcomed in this area and to take dog back to room. All I wanted was a coffee to take back to the room. This lady was as rude as her fake eyelashes were long. I'll never go to LA Quinta ever again!

It was clean and well priced. But that's about it.
Customer service was terrible across the board, especially for check-in. The lady on staff during check out was better and apologetic about the breakfast. Breakfast was bad. No plates, no forks, and the person running it didn't really care. The food was bad. I wish I had paid a little more and gone to a better hotel. I was also assured I could have my two rooms adjoining or at least close. They were on opposite ends of the hall.
