Gorgeous place! We had a great stay at Munir's Residence. The Villa from the outside is beautiful and the rooms are even better. New modern furniture, spotless clean, and very spacious. It's even better than the pics provided here. The bed was comfortable and there was even a small seating area and a fridge. The room is actually better than most hotel rooms and for this price? You've got yourself a great deal! Thank you Mr. Munir and all the staff for the beautiful stay and professional service. Highly recommended! Only place we will stay at on our next trip.

The property is located near the airport, malls and grocery. The villa is new and clean also offers free wifi and has a massive living room. I highly recommend these place for everyone. The owner himself is a very kind person. My flight got moved in another timing and found myself no where to stay in wee hours yet the owner allows me to have an early checkin due to my situation. The staffs are also hospitable and it felt like home. The room is well maintained, has towels, blowe and amenities and there is also a kitchen outside the room. I have stayed in another properties around New Cairo and Cairo yet these has been the best place I ever stayed. It is value for money and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe and secured. Thank you once again.

This residence is very comfortable, clean, with fast internet, located just 30 minutes from the CAI airport. The communication with Munir was clear and efficient, and I was able to drop my suitcase before my suite was ready. Oh and the staff was very nice and kind, it really was a pleasure.

First of all,,, it is incredible facility, DEFINITELY , i will not hesitate to come back. It is amazing facility, very secured, very very comfortable and extra clean facility, Rooms are amazing, fancy decor, really big rooms, bigger than most of similar rate, bathroom with spa tub, balcony with good view, and location is near to all needed services. Special Thanks to Mr. Waleed and all professionals understandable and cooperative management, they made my stay more exceptional experience.
