The advertisement on booking.com is very misleading. Everywhere it states that this is a 1 bedroom whole apartment. We arrived to a shared apartment with one room available. The room had a bed with no linen or any bedding like pillowcases or duvet covers, only a raw matras and uncovered dirty pillows. Nowhere does it state that I should bring my own bedding and towels and nowhere does it state that this is a shared apartment except for when you click on the property owner information, which we didn’t think necessary as Booking.com should provide all the necessary information. We didn’t even stay the full duration of our booking. The property managers never contacted us back regarding our complaints and I will be complaining on other platforms as well
