The house was clean and comfortable. Everything was very modern. Super cool decor and a fun game room. There were lots of beds for our whole family. Great spot to hang out 5 minutes from downtown Milford and 15 minutes from Walnut and Silver Sands beach. Also, the owner was easily contactable throughout our stay and answered my questions as they arose.

I wanted to love the place from the pictures but I would not stay here again, especially if bringing children. The day of our stay we got the check in information. It would not be sent to us beforehand. We arrived at 4pm after being denied early check in which after the fact I found out it would be a $25 fee. The “cleaner” was just leaving. Upon arrival, the floors and stairs were dirty with hairs, there was trash left on the floor, a dirty bandaid left behind by couch. The soap container for the downstairs bathroom was clearly filled with water and a tiny bit of soap. The walls were dented, scratches, and an overall odor by the kitchen. I feel like we should get the cleaning fee back. The Wi-Fi is not what is emailed to you in the check in instructions so had to email the host who responded very quickly and the router had the correct login info. What really bothered me is that there was no ac/heat ducts in one of the rooms. In the other room, the light wasn’t working. There also appeared to be something like ketchup on one of the bedroom ceilings. The check in instructions were very specific about remote locations, but they were not listed in the accurate spots. The check in instructions said there would be complimentary wine but there was no wine. Also, the game room is not kid friendly if planning to bring children. Outlets were open and cords exposed.

Rented house with some friends for Yale vs Harvard football weekend. House was perfect for 3 couples, and large loft area was good for our teenagers. Great game room - just needed some new darts and chalk. Had a minor problem checking in because batteries died in electronic lock , but owner was quick to respond and assist us in gaining access. House was clean and terrific views of the Sound. Would definitely stay again !

First let me say Ryan seemed to be a nice man! I’ve never left a negative review-but was very dissatisfied with the beach house! The home was dirty! There was no deck furniture or beach chairs or beach towels! None of the basic necessities were not available-hand soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. We ended up leaving a day early-very disappointed!

Host was super responsive and timely which was just so helpful. Beautiful house and convenient location. Thank you!

Our stay was very peaceful and easy. Check in/out was very easy. The house was exactly what the listing shows and came with lots of amenities that made our stay easy as well. The owner was always available if I needed to contact anybody. Overall a great stay I don’t have any complaints.
