The location was good. The bed & linens were excellent. Overall, it was nice to have extra toilet paper & welcome items like coffee, creamer & toiletries.

The unit is owned by someone other than resort managed. I had to sign a document that I couldn't use the amenities & had to contact the owner for any issues. However, since I didn't know the owner contact information, I couldn't do that. Lamp was broken & called for help. Was told that unfortunately maintenance could not help due to owner unit not part of resort. There is no garbage disposal, no dishwasher, mismatched & uneven number flatware. Small issues but very annoying. Not only do you pay a weekly rent, you have to pay a $100 resort fee, & $160 cleaning fee, but you don't any cleaning for the week. The owner should be solely responsible for the cleaning fee not the renter.

Great live music from adjacent bar can be equally enjoyed by pool users of Beso Del Sol. Food from adjacent bar/restaurant is very convenient. Check-in employees were very friendly and wanted to be helpful. Nice private balcony sitting area.

Pool is just too small for resident capacity, and the pool deck area is much smaller than photos. Tight and contained. More lounge chairs are needed but no space for more. Only one elevator per 4 story building. Kitchenette and sitting room needed better lighting.
