Happy with all facilities

The location of the property, so close to the beaches. and a nice and easy check in. The apartment was comfortable within itself and had everything we needed for the weekend.

The TV was rather small but didn't take too much effect. Lots of noise coming from the top floor, sounded like a soccer match was going on in the evenings however also did not take too much effect.

Very nice restaurant attached to building and close to the beach, which was patrolled. It was a quieter area but had a few good shops/cafes.

The bathroom is massive! And the unit has everything you need. The secure car park is a massive bonus. The bed is comfy and the location is quiet yet very convenient - IGA, bottle-o and numerous eateries just underneath the building. The Surf Club is a 2 min walk along the beachfront.

There is a peculiar smell i picked up when sitting on the verandah - its coming from the eateries. The couches are not the most comfy. The tv is on the small side - felt like was having an eye test each time i watched it (not too often as i was out most of the time) BIG ONE - the view! This unit is pretty much at the beach BUT its set back in the complex so you only get to see the rear of the neighbours and the pool. I was a little dissapointed in this altho, you can walk to the beach in 1 min. Ohhhhhh, the lift stopped once so i decided id use the stairs after that. But, id defo stay again.

Close to great beach and restaurants, Supermarket and coffee shop. The apartment very clean and comfortable.

The position was just perfect could park the car & as there was everything close by there was no need to use it. I used to live in Dicky Beach & friends & family had stayed at Portobello many times & it didn’t disappoint this time either.

Location and outlook were great. Unit clean. Aaron and Kat were very accommodating with any requests

Only issue I would say is the Bedroom is very light in the night, perhaps a blind on the Kitchen Window would be great. Otherwise great stay and we would definitely stay again.
