Lovely little hotel with amazing service. Would highly recommend staying here for a nice wkd away. Only downfall was the thin walls you could hear your neighbours but we were so tired from our hikes it didn’t matter. We would 100% go back here.

What a beautiful hotel and stunning grounds. Characterful and comfortable communal areas and delightful staff. Mattress/pillows were a little substandard by contemporary standards

We liked the whole atmosphere surrounding the house and gardens etc. the staff were super and very helpful. The breakfasts were great especially the Welsh breakfast! We will be coming again. The only downside was that we paid £310 to Expedia as opposed to £254 if we had booked directly with you!! A lesson to be learnt.

Amazing hosts, loved our visit! Will come again!

Very lovely main lounge area with woodburing stove - great breakfasts with especially great staff too for breakfast and dinner service and Bar on the evening the restaurant was closed. Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter .

The greeting at reception was excellent, providing a great amount of information about the house and services.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is beautiful situated in a park-like landscape. The drive to the hotel is fun and beautiful. The house is just gorgeous both inside and out. The room was clean and comfortable with the best shower we had anywhere in the UK. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant is really good and the food is phenomenal. Breakfast was excellent. Recommend the full English breakfast. Highly recommend.

The property is well located for he Gower peninsula , the house and grounds are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We had five days at PlB and it really was a positive experience. The hotel projects a feeling of days past with lots of dark wood and panelling but very comfortable. The staff are really accommodating and helpful. The grounds are well maintained with lots of space. A great stay and good food.

We loved the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The grounds were kept immaculately tidy.

The hotel is in beautiful country grounds. The approach is off the beaten track, but well worth the drive.
The hotel is very much kept in Stately home manor style. Rooms are very much in keeping with the hotel, bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Choice was fantastic! The staff were super polite and nothing too much trouble. Went for a walk around the grounds, superb!! I will definitely go back next visit to Swansea.

Stayed over the bank holiday and was highly impressed, couldn't fault it and looking forward to future return trips.
Easy to get to, well sign-posted, free parking out front, spacious facilities and lovely grounds. A good base for getting out and exploring Gower.
Very friendly, attentive staff; we were told on check-in to treat the place like home, which was a lovely touch.
Food is amazing, make sure to book an evening meal.
Bit of advice: The shorter walk to the beach, across the hotel lawn, involves a very steep path followed by high sand dunes and we found the longer walk down the drive, over Parkmill a lot easier!

Great hotel that was cosy and friendly. We travelled as a family with two boys 7 and 14. The staff were extremely friendly and we felt very at home. The main room was a great place to have a drink and play board games by the fire. The room was lovely with big windows overlooking the grounds and really comfortable beds.
The breakfast was fantastic and as it was Easter the staff had hidden some eggs in the front garden that my son enjoyed finding,

From the moment we walked in the front door, we were greeted by all members of staff we met. Friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and cosy with beautiful views from the window. The only meal we had was breakfast, which was delicious - so much choice. The grounds were spectacular and we had a relaxing walk before we had to leave. On our list to return.

Gorgeous place with a beautiful garden. Stayed with two small children at Easter. They enjoyed the Easter egg hunt organised by staff. Garden has a pond and working farm with cows and ducks. Woodland is amazing and there is a public footpath to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner too.

Old fashioned building in need of upgrading but I’m truly lovely setting tho in slightly remote part of Gower Penninsula.
Friendly helpful staff. Food average.

We had a few days at Parc le Breos. The deluxe room we had was spacious and comfortable. Lovely large comfortable bed. We did 3 walks from the guest house which were excellent. The directions (which we downloaded from the website) were really clear and took us across becahes, over hills and through the woods. NB if you are taking a bus home from one of the walks, it's best to check the timetables as they can be pretty infrequent. Breakfast was ideal, including a couple of specials. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was reasonably priced (and included a great steak). The residents kitchen was particularly helpful as when we got back from a long walk we could just make ourselves a tea/coffee which we drank on the terrace overlooking the gardens. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Parcle Breos.

A bit like staying with your nan!.... lovely helpful staff, very nice food. A nice clean and comfortable stay. House is a period property. Internally it’s quite old fashioned but very clean. Lovely communal lounge with a big fireplace. I was disappointed that the games room was out of action when we stayed as that was a draw when booking. Great location - 20 min walk to Three Cliffs beach.

Beautiful location and they try very hard. However it is not a cheap option and I would not give it four stars. They were cheery and kind but it was very old fashioned (not in the good sense) and was like stepping back into the 70s. The food was plain but ok. Over cooked rather than undercooked. However the gardens are beautiful and the room was very pleasant - but what I would expect from a hotel rather than “deluxe”.

Perfect hotel, very peaceful location .Delicious breakfasts. A few more pods of milk would have been good- only had 2 for one of the days, and perhaps a few biscuits after a long journey would be most welcome .

Lovely family run hotel, set in beautiful surroundings close to some of the best beaches on Gower. We spent a long weekend there at the end of March, we were incredibly lucky with the weather and made full use of the walks on the website. It is a comfortable hotel, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make it a pleasant and relaxing stay. The Gower Heritage Centre is a short walk and well worth a visit.

It was a warm, friendly and comfortable two-night stay. Ideal if you're looking for a small operation, staffed by a hard working and friendly group who are eager to make your stay as nice as possible.
