Parking available lovely and close to everything and in the centre to drive to folkestone or Hastings.

Only down fall was room a bit chilly when we went back at 10pm and was not warm in bed in the night.

It was a great location for the Channel Tunnel. Very warm welcome, cosy and clean. The breakfast was excellent,.local produce.

The cottage was really nice. Very comfortable. Owners were lovely and breakfast was super great 👍 The beach was 10 minutes walk up road and was the best beach ever 👍

The owners were very welcoming and the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well decorated. The breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent for my needs. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. I really couldn't fault a thing about my stay.

Nice room overlooking the garden. Very clean and comfortable. Homemade biscuits on arrival. Good breakfast, fruit and yoghurt followed by full English breakfast. Secure private parking, excellent location close to the beach, steam railway and eateries.

Old property so floors and doors creaked. We felt we might be disturbing other guests as we had to leave very early.

Lovely hosts and a nice room with a comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Perfect for a few nights to explore the area before going to the ferry or tunnel. A fan was provided in the room, which was good, as the weather was brilliant and it was quite warm.

Hosts are great, we even got a second room without costs (due to a mess up of the reservation but this was beyond our expectation and what was needed). Breakfast is great, location beautiful, rooms are very nice and comfortable.

The water pressure of the shower was quite low.
