this lodge was awesome from the commutation to the place it’s self would highly recommend

The lodge was really clean, modern, had everything you could need. Great value for money and we had a lovely weekend. Would definitely visit again.

no ability to plug in Amazon fire stick or the likes into the tv, there just freeview and a dvd player. didn’t bring laptop but guess could use the hdmi cable for that and stream things

Didn't have breakfast. Location excellent. Was really a field trip for a further holiday next year.

Well laid out, comfortable with lots of attention to detail. A real home away from home. Communication with owner was superb.

Chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but using the pouffes from the bedrooms as leg rests they improved greatly.

The Lodge was stunning so light clean .everything you needed the beds were comfortable there was on suite in each room .the owner was very helpful great communication. The clubhouse was great and the pool was warm .the pizzas were lovely. Location is great.

Clean, spacious and fully equipped modern lodge. Excellent communications from the owner. Good nearby clubhouse with large indoor swimming pool for the kids.

Hoburne Bashley Park was easy to find in the New Forest. It was spotlessly clean. The lodge was spacious and comfortable. Facilities on site good. Lots of attractions around.

the site itself is excellent, great facilities and activities on the surface the lodge itself looks fantastic. modern facilities and kitchen well equipped too.

ANTS!!! clearly an ongoing problem with ant powder across the threshold and any trap in the dining room, both futile. it appears. spent a lot of time killing and vacuuming ants. everything had to be stored in the fridge to guarantee keeping it away from ants! found ants EVERYWHERE. in our handbags, swim bags, shoe bags! was ridiculous. and reported near arrival and got a text back two days later. “just delivered” apparently. forgetting that iPhone technology shows as delivered! pitiful response to a big problem!

the property was a good size with en-suite bathroom good size kitchen and relaxation

after a down pour of rain we had an influx of ants

How clean and well presented it was and set in a beautiful part of the park.

dish washer wasn’t working. also when we were leaving a lady turned up to clean I presume and she was very rude, as we were about 20 mins late leaving. I did apologise as it’s a struggle with a small child to get everything out.

Property was clean, and in a lovely location. Easy to access to many lovely surrounding areas and coast.

The wifi password wasn't provided at all as far as we could see, but you could log onto the Hobourne unsecured network for free, so we did have minimal wifi, but not from the property. I text the number that text me on arrival and got no response. I didn't follow up as we had connected to the other network but this wasn't good enough. The other issue was the facilities of the campsite - there was no mention of an additional charge to use these (£50), and in the photos of the property with the swimming pool etc I assumed that all was included. Again, thought this was unacceptable and inaccurate information of the property.

tastefully decorated with everything you may need for a holiday. lots of space and storage.

From really good communication re accessing the property, when we got there the place was very clean and tidy. Good space and facilities. Holiday park had swimming pools, tennis court etc and bar/ cafe facilities.

Wished it had been located on a cycle path as road cycling to get to network of off-road cycle paths.
