Problems getting in as they sent the same check in email out for my apartment to someone else. This meant that the lock box was empty and I couldn’t check in. I rang the hosting company and the person on the phone was unhelpful and didn’t seem to understand or empathise with the situation. After an hour of largely stood in the rain, I was able to check in to the apartment the other person should have been in. I’m usually a good sleeper, but the road is loud and there was someone pulled up in the back yard with their headlights on for most of the night. The shape of the ground floor flat means that these illuminate through from the kitchen to the bedroom.

It's was nice and compact

Shower was smaller than a caravan shower

Proximity to town free parking cleanliness.

I found it very hard to find no pictures of front of building. Another person checking in said the same. Had issues with hot water but rectified after a few days.

Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Central to Hereford.

Shower recess in Unit 2 built for a pretzel. Extremely narrow.

Apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything needed was there. Bed was comfortable and good TV.

Main problem was that it is on the ground floor on a main road. Two windows at the front and one at the rear, but all blinds had to be kept down all the time, so no natural light. Not a lot of space. Also very noisy even quite late at night. Something like obscure glass or even net curtains would have provided some privacy and enable blinds to be opened.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Private parking was a benefit but it wasn't obvious, so a sign would be good. Good communication from the rental company. Lovely craft beer bar across the road. Short walk into the town centre.

The apartment is near a very busy road junction, which was noisy until the early hours of the morning. Shower cubicle was the smallest I've ever been in! Bathroom would benefit from a shelf to put toiletries on and bedroom would benefit from a bedside table.
