It was exactly as expected from photos and description. Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere and clean apartment. Our family of 4 stayed for a week and enjoyed renting bicycles and biking all over the area including Forgensee, visiting nearby castles, a day trip to Munich, swimming in the various lakes, hiking many trails around the lakes and the many restaurants in Fussen. It was a perfect rental for us. Thank you!

The unit was very clean and in a good location. There was a slight odor to the place that I couldn’t quite identify. The check-in process is a bit cumbersome compared to most properties I have stayed with.

First of all if you haven’t stayed in this area, I highly suggest it! This was our first trip to Germany.....and I had no idea how BEAUTIFUL it is.....especially the southern end! This apartment is in a perfect spot for so many things! Great shopping, dining, thermal pools, pubs, hiking, ski resort activities all year round, lakes and the beautiful Neuschwanstein Castle within perfect view from this very modern, convenient, clean and roomy place! Silke was great to return our emails and/or questions and truly just wants you to have an awesome experience. Would definitely love to return....only next time, I’d stay longer! 👍🏼👍🏼

The location and apartment were perfect. Everything was provided. Great wifi reception. Many thanks to Cornelia who was really friendly and informative regarding local amenities and places of interest to visit. Her recommendation to visit the Hotel Steiger restaurant was great. The food there was very good. The weather was perfect which made the holiday complete. We even enjoyed the evening where we had a six hour electric storm which lit up the sky and mountains - very dramatic. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Thank you, Cornelia, for a most wonderful week at the apartment in Schwangau. Everything about the accommodation was perfect. The location is wonderful, with a view out the window of Neuschvansten Castle and one night, the sunset turned the mountain side red - it was a marvelous sight that lasted only a little while. (Is there a special name for that amazing occurrence?) Bicycling right from the front door was great - we cycled around Forgensee lake, a distance of about 30 miles (we might have missed a turn here and there). The kitchen was beautifully equipped and we ate all our breakfasts there. Thank you for the recommendations of restaurants and sights to see. We enjoyed our stay. You made everything very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Anne and Steven
