Our host was amazing and warmly welcomed us! We had every convenience we could think of - besides the beauty and comfort of this bright and modern home, the barista style coffee maker and large comfortable living room and bedrooms, the house is perfectly located within a few miles from the train station in Weimar. We couldn’t have asked for more. This house was extremely clean and private. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, but in walking distance of parks and a few local conveniences to include bus stops. The accommodations could easily have comfortably fit 6 people in this home. Absolutely would recommend this fine retreat to my friends and family!

We had the perfect stay! The garden was by far the best part of the home, but a close second was the location. It is nestled in a little village right outside of Weimar and the area is right out of a movie! There is a ton of history right in the neighborhood. Katja and Charlie really made us feel welcomed and right at home! Truly a wonderful stay!

The house is just as it looks in the pictures (or better)! It is a beautiful property, with a pretty garden in the back. Nice huge space for families. Very modern and classy interior. Very comfortable, clean. Just feels like home. The hosts are very very kind and friendly. Very helpful, always reachable. Felt like staying at an old friend's house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxed homely stay.

My stay at this loft house was amazing. The rooms are light and airy and beautifully decorated. I had expected modern in Germany and was very happy with the inside versus the German cottage outside. Therefore the best of both worlds. The house is very clean with amenities and linens provided by a helpful English speaking owner. I was staying a week for the Christmas market in Weimer. Great location to visit the sites by car or bus.

A really great experience! The house was warm and inviting. Everything we could possibly need was available, and if there was something special, Katja was quick to respond. The big, open rooms and lots of sunlight made the whole place enjoyable. Our 3 kids really liked the freedom of going to the outside enclosed yard and patio, while we we felt secure with them not running into the street or a parking lot. The house felt like being home and everything was new. We have had the experience of staying places where everything was old and dirty, but this was a fantastic. Clean, fresh, new and pleasant. We would recommend to anyone to stay here and we will be sure to let our friends know we found a home away from home at Katja's Loft Fenauer in Weimar.

In a few words, this house is just fantastic and the landlord family very likeable and helpful. When we arrived in the evening, the crib for our little girl was already set up. This was really a nice detail. Thanks again! If you are looking for the ideal house for your vacations in Weimar you just have found it. We came to Weimar for eight days of vacation and did not want to stay in a hotel because of our child. We therefore had been looking for an apartment with kitchen and room for 2 adults and one child. Finally we found the Loft Feinauer close to all sights in Weimar, Erfurt and the Wartburg. The spacious house is located in a green area close to the center of Weimar. The house itself comes up with really everything you need. 2 bedrooms, beautifully decorated bathroom, very nice and Big living room with big flat screen TV and fast wireless internet for free, big and fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and Nespresso coffee machine. Close-by you have swift bus to all places in Weimar. You find only a few steps away a bakery with exquisite bread. We of course fully recommend this house and would choose it again when visiting Weimar next time. Thanks for the really nice time in Weimar
