Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

Would of liked my room cleaned at least once during our stay

The pool area was very nice. My bed was comfy, and my room was good sized. Everything seemed pretty new. It was pretty well-situated as well (although Apple Maps has the location wrong).

I agree with some of the reviews that it would have been nice if some sort of breakfast was available, but it wasn't a deal breaker. While not an issue for me, the 10 am check-out time is a little early.

Nice quiet hotel.

The location is ideal. The apartment was nice and cozy and very clean.

It is very nice for families but not child friendly. The phone and fire extinguisher was very low so my one year old could have easily accessed it. The lock on the door is very low as well which made it easy for my son to open.

The host was very accommodating. He assisted our every need.

It’s nice and bright. The lobby is always clean and tidy. The pool was great to have as well as it wasn’t extremely deep. The staff was polite and kind

Our rooms were NOT cleaned everyday. when asked to clean our room and restock towels, we were told that they only clean the rooms and every other day. There also wasn’t any garbage bin that we could dispose of food other than the tiny bin in the washroom. When we got back to our hotel , we were met with a bunch of ants inside because they hadn’t cleaned. At the very least, if that’s the case, they should’ve at least had a broom of something for us to sweep crumbs away. When we checked out at 5am, NOBODY was at the desk. I had to call and they just said to leave the keys on the desk. The front gate is also locked so you have to go through the side exit if you are leaving early.
