The unit 'courtyard' was very bare and unwelcoming.

Location is so close to the North Hobart eateries.

Limited parking.

Great location to stay when sightseeing around Hobart city. Lots of restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable. Undercover car parking and car wash nearby for rental car.

The location was great for us and we stayed an extra day to check out some of the sites in Hobart. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night. It was close to a lot of eating places and really close to where we picked up our hire car.

A little confusing trying to find our room as it was after hours and I didn’t read the instructions quite right to start with but it all turned out fine in the end.

The apartment is too new to serve the guests. The wardrobe in the bedroom gives off noxious fumes. Me and my husband had headache and sore eyes. We didn’t realize it caused by the wardrobe until we were heading to next Ross, the symphony all gone.

The apartments are spacious, very clean, modern and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent.

It was a bit hard to find the reception, and there is nowhere to park while you are booking in.

Fantastic! I think this is quite new? Lovely furnishings, huge kitchen, good location to walk to everything. Good underground secure parking. Basic gym but does the job. We definitely recommend.

The extra $10 a day parking fee.

Plenty of room, with seperate areas for a dining table, bed and sitting space (armchairs). Everything was comfy and clean, and there was enough natural light.

It was a little far from the city centre to be *super* convenient if you like to walk everywhere, however it is just around the corner from lots of restaurants and trendy cafes.

It was absolutely superb. Amazing location, staff friendliness was great and cleanliness of the suite. Bathrooms were excellent and very lavish, kitchen had everything you needed. I could go on. The location is in the heart of the city, very convenient. Everything is within walking distance.

Central to where we had plans.

Easy accessible, undercover car parking, lots of restaurants and cafes around. Daily cleaning. Microwave and kitchenette, and lastly very helpful/friendly staff.

A little further out of town. Not 24/7 reception. No real views from balcony. No luggage rack.

In a fantastic location, clean, comfortable, really reasonably priced parking. Will definately stay again.

Beautifully located away from the Busy street for calm and quiet rooms, yet a minute walk from all of North Hobarts bars, restaurants and cafes! Maintained and perfectly clean, comfy huge super king bed and everything we needed. Friendly service from reception. We highly reccomend.

We loved everything, it was clean, convenient location, quality fittings, you could definitely stay longer. We will definitely stay here again! The place felt so safe and quiet yet was right in the middle of a busy food strip. We were so surprised how amazing and relaxed it was. The receptionist was also lovely

The 2 pieces of large artwork in the lounge area was awful and cheap looking, actually horrid and brought the vibe of the room down. I know people appreciate different styles of art but that was foul. I’d suggest a more neutral choice of art or a local photo. Something to reflect the local culture.

Rooms were so quiet, no outside noise at all even from the pub with live music located right next door.

Mattress was a little too soft for us, seemed to make us sleep hotter than normal.

I've reviewed this before, because I often return. It's a short walk to the excellent bars, cafes and restaurants of North Hobart. It's a short walk into the Hobart CBD with Woolworth's supermarket if you are self-catering. On Sunday morning the Farmgate Market opens early if you want to shop for fruit, vegetables, free-range meat and pork, home-made bread, farmers' milk, fresh flowers, Tasmanian wine - you will find it next to the library in town. I've stayed in a few of these apartments and they are always spotless, with the same chic decor, peace and quiet, really good cooking facilities, a laundry operated by credit card downstairs - fresh air pouring in - just can't fault it.

Check the guest laundry is working before you put the soap powder in. It's not worked once and I had to run for a meeting.

I was blown away by this property. The cleanliness, modern makeover to a high standard (I work in the construction sector and I've seen loads of dodgy Reno's in my time!) The rooms are incredibly spacious. Literally 1 minute walk to amazing eateries in North Hobart. Great parking. I don't have a bad word to say.
