Calisanlar cok yardimseverdi. Ozellikle resepsiyonda bayan Preeti bizim icin her turlu organizasyonu yapti. Arac buldu, gezilecek yerleri ayarladi. Ve cok guleryuzlu ve sabirliydi. Ancak bayan Pretti boyle kotu bir otel icin, cok fazla iyi. Bence Preeti daha iyi bir otele gecmeli ve yoneticilik yapmali.
Rezervasyon yaptigimda benim aldigim oda degildi. Bize 3.kisi icin yer yatagi teklif ettiler. Ust katlari verdiler. 3.odadan sonra 3 kisinin yatacagi bir odaya gectik. Otel cok cok pis. Yastik yuzleri, yastiklar, carsaflar lekeli ve kullanilmis. Talep ettik, degistirilmedi. En onemliside booking.comdaki otel ile bu ayni degil. Bu en kotu puan alan OYO otellerinden. Bina disina minik bir ' Oyo' yazmislar. Booking.comda' Staymaker hotel baba' yazarken, otelin girisinde ise, 'Hotel Baba Genext' yaziyor. Yandada 'Oyo otel' Bu hic dogru degil. Farkli isimde otel satamaz.

Location is very close to Charbagh metro/railway station. Manager Preeti was accomodating and let me keep my rucksack for the day.
The property was a bit dilapidated (probably under renovation?) and the restroom was leaking.

Washroom was too dirty. No cleanliness at all. Water was given in an opened bottle. The seal was broken and it seems it was tap water. No breakfast, no soap or hand sanitizer. Pillows are too dirty. Room was not painted from last more than 4 years. Parking was done in an open plot. Overall experience is not at all good. Not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.
