Beds were very comfy. Checkout isn’t until 12pm

Room was too hot and it wasn’t cleaned during our entire stay. Location is not as central as advertised. It’s about a 20 minute walk from everywhere.

Blisko do centrum. Bardzo miła pani "biegajaca " przy śniadaniu, jedyna odpowiadająca chociaż na zwroty grzecznościowe, mimo że nie po polsku 👍👏

Rezerwowalam pokoje z wanną, wanny nie było. W pokojach drzwi poobijane i wystające elementy , pod sufitem pajęczyna albo brud. Balkon brudny. Rozjeżdżające się materace. Śniadania skromne i zwyczajne nic specjalnego. Dojazd do parkingu utrudniony. Po pierwszej nocy problem z kartą by wejść do pokoju, pani recepcjonistka nie wyjaśniła dlaczego A nawet nie przeprosiła za problem. Zresztą wyglądała na niezadowolona . Mówiąc do niej po polsku nawet nie odpowiadała w żadnym języku,A obstawiam że rozumiała. Nikt z obsługi nie mówił po polsku.

В этом отеле отдыхала и раньше. Он находится возле театра, поэтому выбрада его и в этот раз. Чисто, кровати удобные, месторасположение хорошее. Рядом - большая "Максима".

Уж очень маленький номер.

Расположение, наличие парковки

Не плотно закрывающиеся окна, старое ковровое покрытие, отсутствие чайника , чая, кофе, элементарных вещей, жутко неудобные подушки .

Strategiškai gera vieta, norint lengvai pasiekti lankytinus objektus.

Mokamas parkingas. Kambaryje buvo tvanku, neveikė kondicionierius. Didelės nepatogios pagalvės.

В номере 101 практически не работал интернет, что для меня было очень важно, пришлось включить интернет роуминг

The reception was good, and the condition of the room was excellent. It had all the services that a person who came on vacation would need, such as a fan, a table, and a small refrigerator.

At least the manager was available via whatsapp despite it was night time

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and didn't noticed this. They texted me right after, asking about specific arriving time and date. I indicated correct ones but they didn't noticed it differs from the booking dates in the app (and didn't tell me about it).

No reception is cool.

The soap and shampoo had a weird odor.

Location was pretty good, short walk to a big supermarket and not far from the centre of the city. Room was a decent size.

Hotel felt a little bit outdated or lacking in personality. Staff are mostly absent, which is used as a selling point but it makes the hotel feel empty or unattended.

The location was relatively good.

The room was dirty to begin with (the pillow had stains). We stayed 5 nights, and they were supposed to clean the room on the 4th day, but they never did. They didn't even come to take out the rubbish. By turning on the heating, the room was smelling really bad (probably the filters have never been changed). In addition, the shower was smelling like sewage when you were opening the water and there was some mold on the floor. Finally, the curtains were not dark enough, and the sun was waking us up as soon as it was rising.
