Very spacious and comfortable villa

Not many things to do around but good privacy

Everything. Brilliant place if you want a relaxed time. Nestled in the middle of nature, the villas notched in a hilly terrain, give you brilliant views of the green around. The private swimming pool, excellent customer service and staff, brilliant breakfast, and the villas which are very beautiful and clean and last but not the least the marvellous spa provides an excellent relaxing experience. Special shout out to Khun Sah who manages the spa. Do not miss her massage. Her hands have magic. We took a massage from her every day. Also from the restaurant, I would like to mention Tom, Da,Dau and Eke from the restaurant who were brilliant in their service.

It was something different. Only 2-3 other couples staying at the resort. Only saw people at breakfast. A few things broke down in villa during our stay that were fixed immediately.

The layout was a bit strange. The bottom sunroom wasn’t used and could have been a kitchenette or something more useful. Toilets and showers definitely not 5 star. Had to constantly clean Villa pool due to pollen/leaves.

The jungle feel-like. Design, style. The staff were accommodating, we booked for breakfast and we had to leave early around 6am but they packed breakfast for us to takeaway.

The pool was filled with insects and leaves. The water temperature was cold and we couldn’t really use it!

Worst hotel ever, very old, not clean, full of big lizards inside and out side of the room. Everyday I found (animals Poop) on my bed even though the i make sure i close my door, spiders everywhere mosquitoes ants and other bugs that i don’t know off. Wifi does not work everyday i call them to come and fix it. Not professional team as well as management specially Josz who is the manager at the time

Good facilities Quiet Spacious

Poor internet connection at the room. They have only one restaurant works until 10 pm and there is no room service pass 10 as well. Food selection is limited and average taste (best dishes pumpkin soap and chicken satay). Not a good option if you are planning to roam around Phuket island. specially the western part of the island.

The property was very quiet and beautiful. Even the natural sounds of insects and birds added to the ambience. Staff were lovely. Overall, a lovely resort.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. But if I had to nit pick, while the breakfast was good, it became quite repetitive. But that’s pretty common in most hotels. :)

Beautiful views from the room, reception and restaurant. Btw the restaurant was amazing and all the lunch and dinner we had was delicious. Everybody working in this hotel is amazing and super helpful and you’re really feeling like home. The community pool had a great view and was warm and the small pool in the villa was colder, so you can always choose what is the best for you. The Villa is spacious and luxurious. We loved the outside shower. Definitely coming back.

Our villa wasn’t so private when we were in the pool. You could see there from the reception and community pool. The large windows (doors) in the bedroom couldn’t be really shut. There was always a bit od space between them, so sometimes a small lizard or a bug could sneak in even if you’re not opening the windows. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but really not 5 stars. First day it was pretty good, but the rest, there wasn’t ketchup, no tongs for bacon, waffles.. And we were waiting for someone to come and make the eggs for us. The coffee from the machine was the worst. Also we are in Thailand and there was no mango? Weird. The television didn’t have netflix or anything, so we ended up watching our phones instead.

Wonderful place, amazing spa and staff. I felt really pampered.

The transport from the lobby to the rooms stopped at 12. There should be at least one car for the after hours. Breakfast wasn't that great.
