room keys were left in the property , lights and air-con already switched on which was much appreciated . Liked the privacy very much and it was very quiet and peaceful .

It was ideal for our purpose of visiting Maldon. The accomodation space was compact but not cramped. There is an enclosed 'outside' porch which allowed us to remove wet boots and coats before entering the accomodation space which worked well for us in the wet weather.

We would have appreciated an ironing board and iron.
