Близко к пляжу. Ответственный персонал, Монирул всегда на связи. Тихо. Очень красивый двор.В номере есть холодильник и небольшая кухня Чисто, но ежедневной уборки нет. Близко к Бич Роуд и всем ресторанам.

Постельное белье и полотенца нужно купить новые.

- Absolutely amazing location, just a few steps to the candolim beach! - The caretaker - Monirul was very friendly and helpful and catered to our all needs! He even allowed us to keep our luggage there while we explored nearby, since we had a late train on the day of checkout. - Very silent and calm atmosphere since its a few steps away from the main road - All amenities mentioned were provided, and they had water heater too! Thank you for a cozy experience!

Great location with distant sea views from balcony. A quiet location yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach and shacks. Nothing to complain about, given the low cost to stay here.

There was an issue with the hot water supply being broken. The owner got onto getting it fixed. I was only there one night so I assume this was done.

Location was perfect, it was very near to the beach as given in the website. Beach was visible from the room and balcony. The place was very quiet and best for relaxing.

Furniture - bed, cupboard, mattress cover duvets/chaddar should be renewed.

Rooms are sea view, Staff were polite and helpful. Clean and hygiene property. Well maintained.

There is no four wheeler parking.
