It’s a great hotel and staff is friendly. It’s close to University so it was perfect.
2.5
Older property but very well maintained and clean. Close but not really walkable to campus stadium. ADA accessible. Would stay again.

The Boulder Inn is a very unique experience. It feels like you’re stepping into the 50’s, with wood and stained glass. Everyone who worked there was lovely, and there’s a great coffee bar and bar area. The Swim Club is a free pool attached to the hotel with retro vibes. The rooms arent “new” but are clean and accommodating! We loved our stay and will be returning!

It was inexpensive for Bolder but this used to be a jewell.

Absolutely best location if your college student is moving in at Will Vill! Darley Hall is literally across the street. They can drop in when they need you, even late at night. Super helpful staff!

This property is still a work in progress! The dining and pool area are quite nice now. The wifi is very poor in the back corridor rooms. Some rooms are upgraded, some still have broken windows, chipped tubs, old furniture etc

This is an older building but my room was clean and quiet, and the staff were lovely. It's an unbeatable location if you're visiting a student in Will Vill.

so cute!!

It was really hot in the room even though the thermostat was at 61. The outlet was falling out of the wall and wiggly. It also smelled really bad in the hallway and elevator. It was clean in the room though nd the bedding was very comfortable

I really want to love this place, but it's not quite there yet. It's such a cool property with good bones and a ton of potential, but needs some further updating.
The rooms: Spacious and the AC, while perhaps a little loud, worked great. The bed was new and updated, new comfy linens, nice fluffy towels. The carpet needed an update, and as other noted, there was a small modern coffee maker, but no coffee was provided in-room. It wasn't the cleanest room, but it was definitely the most economical room in walking distance to the campus. We got coupons for free coffees in the Swim Club coffee shop, but despite wandering around for 10 minutes on the Sunday morning of literally CU move-in weekend, we couldn't find anyone to dispense the coffee, so eventually left. Seemed like a good day to have the coffee shop staffed.
There were no pics of the pool area on any of the websites, so I didn't know to bring a suit, but some reviews mention it being quite large and cool, so i'm bummed i missed it. The pool table/entertainment area is really cool, but needs music or something? I felt like i wasn't welcome in that space.
Pros: the clerk graciously gave us an early check-in which we really appreciated. Parking was free and plentiful. The room was quiet! They've maintained some of the old school broker feeling in the lobby -- that doesn't need updating, it's so cool!
If you are familiar with the chain of McMenamins in the northwest, this could be just as fun a draw with a little help!

Hallway smell outside of room was horrible... Building itself was great with lots of history. Staff was super friendly! Check-in was easy and I would stay here again.

Good value

The room & bed were ok. The toilet flusher need repair. There was a coffee Maker & sugar/creamer packets but no actual coffee or tea. There was coffee in the lobby, no tea.

Coffee bar staff was excellent
Facilities has wear and tear but management performs excellently given what they have to work with.
Will book their in future!

Seemingly the only reasonable place to stay in Boulder, but you get what you pay for. Walking into the room, there was an indescribable smell that permeated the room. You would get used to it after awhile, but anytime you left and re-entered it would punch you in the face again. Shower did not drain properly, so I was standing ankle deep in my own filth. I was willing to put up with it for one night, but I was happy to leave. Location was great for me, staff were kind. Wasn't there long enough to check out the pool. It was great that Dark Horse was next door for late night eats.

Beautiful and elegant the reception area has a load of charm. We felt comfortable in our room and our car was safe. The location was perfect for our weekend activities in Boulder at CU and Chautauqua Park. Staff was friendly and helpful and the coffee was great!

Overall everything was great. The Boy Scout functions dominated the beginning of my stay, so, at first, I was disappointed to not have breakfast my first day. A jump into the pool cured all that. The fires had everyone on edge. The staff bent over backwards to help me when I thought I'd lost my wallet. I didn't lose it, though. Thank you to the kind people at the Broker. I loved the food in the bar area. Excellent service too.

The bar restaurant in pool area was actually pretty unique and fun. The staff was great. The room was meh. You're looking for a place to sleep, this is a great place to sleep. If you're looking to actually spend time in your room go elsewhere. The only water in the bathroom was piping hot. Shower was miserable. The room was very dark, had poor lighting and the AC didn't work that great. The room you could say is outdated, very dark and dreary, kind of depressing honestly. But it got me out and about and exploring the town!

This property is a 2 star at best. Hot day in Boulder and the air conditioning could not keep up. Told the desk...their response was "sometimes when I unplug it and start it again it works fine". ( I actually did this..lifted the whole exterior cover off (1 foot by 3 feet) to get to the plug. Put the desk light on the ground because no light i
other in that area. Got down on my stomach and removed the plug from the uncovered socket.
Next...3 yes just 3 kleenexes. Next...straight shower curtain rod bearly holding on by a flimsy screw half out. (Oh sorry...I will be positive...half in..) Next...shower knob just functional enough with some help and jimmying. Next....old still Motel 6 towels quality...thin as a runny pancake...Oh yeah,,,Next...all sockets by the work desk connect to the frig, lamp, TV, and cable box. Wanna work on your computer? Pick which amenity you don't want powered. And finally...Next...could use the bathroom sockets to charge phone because they were so loose, the cord fell right out...

Good pleasant time at an older, tired facility that is due to be torn down

By far the grossest room ive ever seen. Stains on carpets and mattress. Tried to switch rooms and the second room was even worse. Spiders in bathroom, dirt and mold near ac unit. We didnt stay i lost all my money as a refund was not grante. But i wouldnt feel safe sleeping in a place like this.

More than meets the essentials.Staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Room wasn't anything special, though.

It was the kind of hotel room you walk into and kinda chuckle. One of the two beds were sunken with broken springs, the other was uncomfortable but not broken. Theres no counters in the bathroom, the door had to be forced shut and the bathtub didn’t drain faster than it filled. A/C didn’t get as cold as the temp it should have. Staff was super friendly and quick, we did not use the other facilities like the hair salon or restaurant. Lobby was ornate and pretty looking but was paired with a bunch of college football garb. Very odd aesthetic wouldn’t stay there again.
3.0
My room had a cracked window and a missing bathroom sink surround tile. Lobby area is very nice, with quirky touches, but the property is overall a bit worn down. The Swim Club area looks newer, but I didn’t actually use the small pool, pool table, ping pong table, etc.

Loved the 30s/40s style decor. Not so impressed with the restaurant, as there were only a few choices, all of them exotic and not recognizable.

Great front desk people

Wished the rooms better matched the energy in the entry. I expected the rooms to look more intentionally vintage than just dated. Could you some Di-Noc to make an accent wall and elevate things. The top of toilet was broken and things not fully cleaned. It was just a few step away from its potential
2.5
Great location and service. Will definitely be back.

While an older hotel that has been around awhile, it was in great location for our stay.
