The Villa Henson in Colombier is approached by a long private drive and is very secluded. St Barts is a very safe island. The land below the villa and to the right (100 acres + !! ) is occupied by a few goats - that's all! The villas to the left are well hidden. A large parking is right by the villa.

The villa can be used with one or two bedrooms. In either case, the whole villa is yours. It is a perfect villa for a honeymoon or a romantic holiday for two. Also great with family or good friends.

One of our St Barts vacation clients said,

"This is our 2nd visit to Villa Henson. Only the heart, soul, and spirit can know and express the beauty, serenity, peace, love, and joy felt and lived here! We've visited the island many times and stayed at (list of villas!). While all are beautiful in their own right none are as beautiful, peaceful, and private as this villa."

The Villa Henson sits about 70 meters (200 ft) above the Caribbean sea and in the mornings you can sometimes see turtles swimming below. There are no other villas below Villa Henson.

We have probably one of the best views of any villa on the island. The view is due west so the sun sets virtually opposite between Saba and St Martin, depending on the time of year. On the horizon, you can see (north to south) St. Martin, Saba, St. Eustace, St. Kitts and Nevis, and the entrance to the port of Gustavia. I have even seen Montserrat further south! Big yachts and jet skiers play quietly in the sea in front of you. At night the other Islands' lights twinkle. You can even claim a front-row seat on our terrace to watch the Yacht Regattas, like the Bucket Regatta in March, and the fireworks displays.

The heated swimming pool is perfectly placed on the terrace in front of the living room. It is 6 meters by 4 and 1.5 meters deep. The far side is edgeless giving the impression that the sky and the pool are one. On the near side is an underwater bench, just the right height for sitting in the cool water and having a cooling drink at the same time.

In addition, there is a super 4/5-person Spa. It's now placed next to the swimming pool with the same amazing view of the Caribbean sea. An idyllic place to watch the sunsets that take place in front of the villa all year round while listening to your music with the spa's speakers and Bluetooth connection.

The terrace has some very comfortable loungers and a teak dining table and chairs. A large Weber BBQ is on hand if you want to stay and dine under the stars as many clients do, listening to music with the terrace speakers. There are hammocks available.

The large and comfortable living area has several settees and a fully equipped media center with US Satellite TV, French TV, and Chromecast. There are also terrace speakers. We have just installed high-speed fiber optic Internet.

Large sliding doors open onto the terrace. Included in the living area is our recently installed new kitchen, which is fully fitted with all the necessary equipment should you want to do a bit of cooking. We have some great addresses for Lobsters.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms both having views of the Caribbean Sea and some other Islands. Each has a large shower room ensuite with linen and towels supplied, and a safe. Both TVs have Chromecast. One room we named Saba and the other St Eustache because those islands are what you see from your comfortable beds!

Our housekeeper comes daily (except on holidays and Sundays).

A large number of our clients come back year after year, which says a lot about the Villa Henson. For one month after leaving, clients have priority to rebook for the same period the following year. Many do! And if you are asking why we called it Villa Henson, well we had two lovely horses of that breed. There is a painting of them over the bar. Book early so you are not disappointed.
